I've been working with Golftec Whitby coach Steve for a little over 3 years now. My ball striking and scoring have improved dramatically in that time frame. It is a challenging progression but I have enjoyed the process. I don't keep an offical GC HDCP but can say I shot a bunch of rounds in 70's last summer where I formerly wouldn't have gotten a sniff. Their facility is fairly good. I like the indoor practice- especially in the winter when I otherwise wouldn't get to swing a club. There is video feedback of each swing- both FO and DTL and they give great perspective as you are working on improvements. I've done two fittings with Golftec and was pleased with the results of my new irons and 3W. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their game.

FIXED MY SLICE…..and added 50 yards to drive distance. I have been taking lessons from Steve R Golftec Whitby for a few years. He has helped me correct my swing path and club face at impact to achieve significant improvements. Now we have moved on to finer improvements and on course management instructions to reduce my score further. Steve has demonstrated a thorough understanding of the game including swing mechanics and course management. He has a great ability to tailor and deliver instructions and lessons in a way that meets my needs and my way of learning to improve. I would highly recommend Steve R at Golftec Whitby if you are serious about improving your game.

Golftec Whitby is a great place to have some lessons to better your game. The staff are keen to help you improve and having videos lessons you can go back and review is awesome. Highly recommend Steve and Team if you are looking to improve your game.

Golf is hard. These guys help make it easier.I have been working with Rob Black on and off for about two years but the last few months have allowed me to dedicate myself to the Golftec process.Since the beginning we have made some big changes to my swing to fix some fundamental swing mechanics issues that I had ingrained by not seeking instruction when I first started golfing. We have made significant progress and we have a few more items on our to-do list.Rob has been an excellent, patient and dedicated golf coach. Having the Golftec swing bays with all the technology available (ball flight stats and video capture of swings) has not only allowed Rob to identify and recommend how and what to work on but is also a huge help to me during my practice sessions to self-assess and keep me on track.Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. If you are serious about improving your golf game I highly recommend Rob and Steve at Whitby Golftec.

This is my 2nd year with golftec and first with Steve as my coach. Steve has been fantastic in working with me to better my swing and overall golf game. Having started as a beginner it was very important for me to learn and practice good techniques and habits. The instant video feedback has been instrumental for me to visualize what changes I need to be making. Looking forward to the continued improvement!

I have seen a huge improvement with my golf swing since taking on lessons through golftec (my coach is fantastic)! I also love the video technology it has with each swing you do (even during your practice). If you need help or just starting out, I recommend doing lessons through golftec!

GolfTec Whitby is an exceptional golf learning experience and I have so much good to say about this company ... BUT even more to say about this particular location (GolfTec Whitby) because of who is leading it, head instructor, Steve Rodriguez.Steve is patient & encouraging, etc. The #1 thing this guy does that makes GolfTec Whitby great is from the moment you meet, he puts you in a non-judgement zone so you can learn faster. Easier said than done because many of us judge ourselves. It doesn't matter your level, your good or bad shots, he's encouraging. He knows when to pull back on instruction and not put too much into your head AND he genuinely gets excited when you really hit it; Hello!!!" he can be heard saying... apparently he can talk to a golf ball

This is my second year with Steve at GOLFTEC and it’s been amazing for my game. I was shooting over a 100 before I started, my 7 iron went only 135 with a lot of side spin and the swing was all over the place. I’m just about a year Steve has managed to bring my scores down to 85 and the 7 iron goes 175 yards with a nice baby draw. Steve was able to break my swing down and sequentially build it back up. The fitting sessions really helped me feel confident with my irons and putter. The GOLFTEC app is amazing and the indoor lessons are really good to have a solid base for your swing. The outdoor sessions in summer really help you with course play and short game. I’ve tried many coaches around gta and by far Steve is the best coach I’ve come across. The coaching is not just limited to what you can do with the clubs but Steve also helped me understand course strategy and keeping a strong mental game. Would definitely recommend Steve and GOLFTEC.

I have been getting lessons here for a couple of years now. Great experience, very knowledgeable guys. I see Steve for my lessons, but both Steve and Robert are super guys. My handicap has improved dramatically! Highly recommend.
