Latitude Countertops

I had a fantastic experience with Latitude. Leslie was super responsive and guided me through the entire process, providing great design and cost-saving ideas. The install was seamless and professional and everyone I met at the remnant warehouse was kind and informative. A well run operation!

We just had our quartz countertop installed. Borad (I think that's his name!) and his team were excellent. Very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They used brute strength to carry the pieces down 150 steps from my parking area to my cottage and then showed great finness and care when maneuvering it in place, levelling and polishing. I highly recommend this crew.

End product looks fantastic, and as a result I am happy. They work with your contractor to template the counter so it fits. Work was done right the first time. It was hard to set up an appointment during Covid. A very friendly service lady helped me with selecting from their showroom. Parking is limited so carpool there if you can.

Wonderful team, from start to finish! So professional in the show room right to measurement in my home to install.Kevin (owner) even personally followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the product and entire process. This company went above and beyond to fix our problem.. fast, professional and exceptional customer service.. the gentlemen who came to do the install were wonderful.. never hurried and left us totally satisfied...

I will be going back to Latitudes again and again, for projects for myself and clients, after my experience working with them on a dining table top. Leslie was my contact person for their remnants department and she was wonderful; personable and with a designer's eye, so you can trust her to understand and appreciate what you're after, and ensure that you get it. RJ was a hero, as I visited multiple times to look at slabs (like, over the course of a year) and he always recognized me (though I hoped he wouldn't!) and was cheerful. He was never annoyed about having to pull another slab for this woman who never seems to buy anything. Once my perfect piece of stone appeared, Leslie was excellent about working with me to get exactly what I needed, and the team's work was excellent. They all treated this $500 tabletop with the care that I could only hope for from other vendors, when handling a $6,000+ kitchen project.

I bought a remnant which was a great savings on a quality countertop. I had it cut to a custom size and it turned out beautifully. Everyone I dealt with, Leslie, Richard, Rob etc. were all so helpful, attentive and friendly. Very happy with the customer service and the product.
