I just ordered a Mavic 3 drone through Cody at Candrone. My experience with both Cody and the company was excellent. Cody was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The ordering process was seamless and I received the unit quickly. What I appreciated most was being able to deal with an experienced person. I had specific uses for this drone and needed questions answered. There are numerous companies that sell this unit and all are priced the same. The Candrone difference is having knowledgeable people to help with the purchase.

Exceptional customer service, particularly from both Arya Parvenah and Nicholas Stancato. We had a series of batteries fail due to manufacturer defects, and the Candrone team (Arya and Nicholas) provided prompt, careful, and detailed resolution. Our whole issue was resolved within about 7 business days, and we didn't fall behind on account of their efforts. Very much appreciated, and top-tier customer service and products.

I was filming a wedding in BC and Cody came to the rescue helping me find a DJI Air2S charger right away when no other retailer could. When I went to pick it up, the team at Candrone was very friendly and had a team of drone experts who didn’t hesitate to answer my questions about flying drones safely and legally.
