Terrible experience shopping for a replacement knob for a stove. Manager overcharges for a used replacement knob and would not allow a exchange for the correct fitting one. This makes absolutely no sense. You are an appliance parts store and you serve your customer by helping them find the right parts. I like to support local business but won't shop here again unless I have to.

I highly recommend seeking appliance repair else where. We took our wall oven to willow appliances to be repaired, as the light was staying on and it wasn't heating. They replaced the door latch and charged us over $300 for the part and labor. We brought it home only to find the problem not fixed. Upon calling willow the service guy was headed past our house and said he would stop by to have a look. He did not fix it and just said he didn't know why it wasn't working and asked for money for coming out...ummm no way. They then decided they new what was really wrong and wanted us to pay full price for them to fix it. If you didn't diagnose it properly in the first place and we paid you we should be given some form of credit. I am absolutely disgusted in your service.

We will not darken their door again!! Needed a bottom of door seal for my Bosch dishwasher last week, so tried to source it locally. I see on Willow website, they deal in North American appliances only, and we were told by parts department that they do not bother with those foreign appliances". Stamped on my Bosch is "made in U.S.A"!! Is that not a part of North America!?!? I sourced the part out of Coquitlam from a friendly

Worst customer service EVER. Charged for appliance repair and it wasn't repaired. Now want more money to come and actually fix it. Person on phone was swearing and threatening that he knows where we live also with a slander lawsuit if we tell anyone. I would never use this place again. Horrible.

I have always had excellent service at Willow Appliances. Warren and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in helping us make decisions on new appliances. Thanks for the great job!

Friendly staff and a decent selection of in stock appliances. Our fridge died so we needed a replacement one that day! Willow appliance was one of the only places we could walk in and walk out with our fridge. Prices were fairly in par with what we expected.

We fully recommend Willow Appliances in Cranbrook for all they sell and service. They are courteous and professional. Their appliance technician is the best. Awesome staff, sales and service.

Minus stars!I would not recommend this place to anyone!My 83 year old grandmother bought a stove from them. After picking it up, PAYING for it, bringing it home to New gate, hooking it up, turning it on, flames were too high. We called and asked if they installed the proper propane orifaces as asked.They took full responsibility! Saying they made a mistake.We asked if someone was coming to fix it? They said to load it up and bring it back or do it ourselves..... this was what they came up with after talking to 3 different employees!!This is the poorest customer service I have ever delt with.The manager was entirely unprofessional. So sad.

We found Warren very knowledgeable and informative when discussing the pros and cons of various appliances. His prices were competitive. Since we don't live in Cranbrook the draw back for us was the problem of having to arrange our own delivery and the removal of the old appliances.
