Empowered Results Mediation
I have had the gift of Sarah’s expertise when dealing with a sensitive family matter. Sarah helped me understand another perspective and that allowed me to change my behaviour and expectations in dealing with my family member. I have been able to continue that family relationship, and it has improved too, because of Sarah. I would highly recommend families use Sarah to help them move past difficulties and repair their relationships.

I am guilty of looking at situations from only my perspective, as probably most of us are. Conflicts can be really tough especially with family. Sarah has an amazing approach to making both sides feel comfortable so they can start the communication and come to an understanding to improve the relationship. She guides you through the conversation so you are able to see the point of view of the other person even if you don't agree with them you can come to an understanding and a level where you can get along for those family turkey dinners. Thank you Sarah for being amazing and helping so many people!
