This place is outstanding! I ordered flowers from Windsor for my anniversary and they were delivered to our Bowmanville home within hours. My wife was ecstatic and the arrangement was exactly what I wanted. They seem to be only getting more beautiful as time passes and the picture below is a week after delivery.I definitely recommend this place and will be using them again in the near future.Thank you Willow Branch!

Super friendly staff!! The florist helped my sorority sisters and I out in a pinch with a deal on yellow and red roses. The flowers were also fresh and very vibrant! Wouldn't hesitate to go back at all.

The woman on the phone was very pleasant. The flowers were delivered quickly. The flowers were fresh and it was a beautiful arrangement. Always had used another florist in B’Ville but had become unhappy with their service. Living out of province and sometimes not knowing what is sent or condition of flowers I was happy to get a picture of them and a description. I will definitely be a return customer.

Beautiful store and wonderful staff! I recently ordered some tulips and within a day I lost half the bunch. I called the next day and staff were wonderful and replaced the flowers with a fresh bunch at no cost! Beautiful store in downtown Bowmanville. Definitely a repeat customer! Thanks ladies xo

Such great customer service!!! Ordered flowers from afar for family outside the country to be delivered to a family member of theirs in hospital. The flowers were delivered but the family member had just been released from hospital unbeknownst to us. They offered to send their delivery guy back to get them from the hospital and brought them to her house instead for no extra charge and were so kind and understanding about our mix up. Thanks ladies! ❤️

This place is amazing. We called freaking because of another place screwing up and they single handedly helped us out, got everything figured out and perfected it. Rebecca was super nice and kind speaking with us. I am very thankful for their kindness and help today.
