Vibrant Medical Clinic

Every time I come to this clinic it seems like it’s not busy but then waits are from 30 mins to 1 hour and on top of the wait time they tell you they start taking patients who come in after you so really there’s no point you’re probably better off just self diagnosing because it’ll be faster and you’re probably better off with your own intuition than these “medical professionals” advice which is the one that makes them the most money.

I am a patient of Dr. Sharma since May 2021. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly to her patient. Each time I walk in her office she has already reviewed my case. This practice takes up extra time, but it is for the benefit of the patient. I am very happy with her service.The waiting time at the clinic Dr. Sharma works with is pretty long. This is improving during my recent visit.

I arrived at 11:14am on Saturday. The Saturday hours online state 10am to 1:30pm. Please see photo on what I got greeted with. This is the problem with Canada’s (free) healthcare system. Sub standard healthcare. Where “care” No longer exists. Thank you for nothing Vibrant.

My usual family Doctor was closing up but I needed to get checked so I came to this walk in clinic. The receptionists are welcoming and Doctor Megulis wasn’t quick to see me out once he sat down. Very informative and thorough.There’s also a variety of medical services in the same building, including a pharmacy and x ray lab. Plenty of parking but when it gets busy it can get difficult to navigate around.Update: I’ve been recommending this clinic to my family. The two out of the three doctors here are very thorough! I don’t recommend doctor Baghaee, he seems to just want you out the second he sees you. He could definitely learn a thing or two from the other two doctors there.

Amazing clinic and staff. Dr. Manokharan thoroughly checked both my children and provided options for us as parents to decide. He went into detail for the diagnosis and explained the next steps. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Dr. Manokharran treats you like a human being, not a number! Receptionists were very professional and accommodating.

Doctor was alright when i went. But the establishment itself closes whenever they want and its really dissapointing when me going during the middle of their office hours, even an hour after they open. Really unreliable place.

Never go to this clinic!Especially do not make Sharma your Filmily doctor.No appointments are available, just walk in, and rude reception.Doctor Sharma does not listen to you, she is too young and has not much experience. Waiting time is up to 2 hours, and she really does not listen to you, she just follows a schema in her head and her med school knowledge, but she does not see real people with real problem. I will try to find another Family doctor as soon as possible.

They do not answer the phones, give it a try yourself. You’re expected to show up and wait a few hours instead of being able to check in on the phone, which I guess is fine, but I just don’t understand what the phone lines are for. No voicemail.Scroll further as well to see how the clinic replies to their patients’ negative reviews to get an understanding of how they are.Edit:Changing my 2 star review into 1 star, there is a very rude receptionist. I end up waiting here and paying random amounts of cash with no receipts for mandatory forms. The doctors are generally pretty decent but I can’t stand the receptionists here.

Severely understaffed. More doctors needed on site. At least 3. The wait times are terrible. We went just for a compression stocking prescription and waited nearly 3 hours. Everybody left, the nurse, the secretaries. One doctor for a full waiting room of patients is insane. Some people call ahead of time and can skip the wait, do that if you can.
