Called for an appointment for my partners car. Avalability was mid may but she said you can leave the car and it might be done sooner. This is something they did all the time before. You agree saying you can leave the car. Receptionst probably tough they squeezed before so she cancelled my appointnent for May 18 because my own car got fixed (April 18th).They should have kept the slot I had for my boyfriends car. I left the car and 3 weeks later the car never got fixed and they want to bump down to end of June as the receptionist had not tought of reserving an appointment or keeping the one I had since I left the car. She never called to informed and never offered any solution to find a spot to fix their mistake. They were rude saying well you didnt need the car so it doesnt matter. Wait until June. Surprising because mecanics should know you dont let a car sit with driving for 3 months. My mother called to find the hours so we could pick up the car and the receptionist yelled at her. It used to be much better when it was the 2 brothers runnings this.
