BMO Bank of Montreal

First off, it's not haunted or eery feeling. Read on, I could not conduct business there if it was.This branch is partially the reason I left another major bank (the green one) after 25+ years as their customer.BMO Longview has offered an upbeat positive atmosphere with exceptional customer service for both myself and a senior family member I take there.I have agoraphobia and a panic disorder. The sit down and personal yet private layout for day to day teller banking WON me over. The bank is small and has a cozy feeling.To see a bank care to offer such a service for their clients I happily pay a monthly fee to them.#mentalhealthmatters#agoraphobia

This has to be one of the worst BMOs in Canada, the staff are brutal. Lack of manners, lack of courtesy and zero desire to assist customers. You’re made to feel like you’ve walked into the wrong BMO for personal banking. Very disappointing to have such an uncomfortable experience with a bank I’ve been with for years, I will not ever go back to this branch and highly recommend everyone avoid it, make to the trip to 130th

I met with Bahar Shoghani, the branch manager and she assured me to secure a good mortgage rate. She even pressured me to stop searching for brokers elsewhere. She verified my income and credit history. All looked satisfactory to her with 20% down-payment.This was indeed one of the WORST experiences of my LIFE. Few days later, they kept asking for more and more down-payments and finally just rejected my applications all together. I had very limited time to respond to the seller in regards to my finances and now I have to start all over again.Bunch of idiots. Very unprofessional service. Please highly AVOID them.

Just a real unpleasant feeling dealing with this branch not happy at all by there service im lost for words actually to think about it I will never be coming back to this branch ever again none of the staff know to do anything there at all why u guys even open on a Saturday if u can't even help someone get a new bankcard like literally not that hard. Maybe hire people that actually know how to be a bankteller.

I have been a BMO customer for over 40 years. This is the WORST branch I have ever dealt at!The teller doesn't know how to do a foreign money order, how to stop a recurring transaction or is even able to reverse a bank charge.The lending department asks for one document and then another that tells them exactly the same thing. Do they even know what they are asking for and why?BMO HQ - you need to train your staff how to do basic banking!!Unfortunately there isn't a ZERO star rating!!

I’ve been banking with BMO for 20 years and I’ve never had a problem at any other branch. I receive cheques from the company I work for 2 times a month and the lady at the counter would not help me whatsoever. She was going to put a hold on my cheque and it would of been the first time they put a hold on it. I went to the same bank 2 weeks prior and I didn’t receive the terrible service I got when I went yesterday. I’m apaulled and incredibly disappointed. Never will I ever continue to go to that branch for any reason. Either better training on the computer or get new staff. If I could give negative stars I would.

the place is haunted like deadass, the doors open on their own, curtains are seen opening and closing, shadows are seen too like grey figures, one day we went here to ask it questions to see if it was a for real ghost and the doors opened to the question. literally haunted like fr. if you live in legacy and go to this bank maybe change its actually scary

Came in today and had a wonderful time talking with Bev not so much with the other hence why I don't remember her name. Bev also gave me a call back after I left the branch and gave me her opinion as to how I can improve my banking and shared some of her insights about saving more money when it comes to banking, I think she did that because she noticed I'm pretty young and reminded her of her kids. And that's something I truly appreciate. Will definitely be coming back here.

Husband made an appointment to do a TFSA withdrawal and I decided to come on the appt with him. We show up but the BMO person who he had the appt with was not there and she made the appt with him. No phone call or email to say she needed to reschedule? My husband did the withdrawal with someone else. But we both had to make another appt due to an investment maturing and had to re-invest it. Made an appt with that same person for a couple of weeks later. Was given an appt card with the day and time and watched as it was put in the computer in this same' person's calendar. Went in tonight for the appt and the person was not there AGAIN. The second no-show. Is this Bank of Montreal? I have been dealing with BMO (mortgage, investments, bank accounts) for over 30 years and have never had this happen once, let alone twice. So unprofessional and inconsiderate not to contact us. A simple phone call or email to say you won't be in and we could have rescheduled. I won't be coming back to this branch ever.

Nothing more to say than, what a terrible bank. Is it BMO overall, or just this branch? Their app is behind the times, services are terrible and not up to par. My card gets eaten with no issues on my end, 10am open time (banking hours??) Closed on saturdays as well? CIBC for 12 years and no issues depositing cheques except the very first one from work which is a mandatory hold. Anyway, good luck everyone.Lost my card, the only time for me to go in is on the weekend, well, they're closes. Surprise, surprise. Perhaps BMO can pack their bags and head out east!
