AVOID THIS TEST CENTRE IF YOU WANT FAIR SCORING!!My last ielts test is expiring so I took another one recently at this centre. My speaking score has always been 6.5-7 for the past 4 tests I took at other test centres in Vancouver and I performed well this time too. However, to my surprise, I only got 5.5 on speaking this time. I requested EOR and the score remained unchanged. What a joke

I'm currently attending this school, but I had a quite bad experience there.When I went to front desk to ask someting, one of the korean women staff, Jamia (I'm not sure if it's correct) she was very rude and offensive towards me.She just said that she can't meet my needs that I asked her.Actually I'm totally fine with that, but the thing is that she didn't even eye contact with me and I felt uncomfortable with her attitude.Is being rude towards students acceptable in ILAC?It's okay to say that we can't do that or we can do this for you, but please don't forget that the way of your saying could be very big impact to students in a very bad way.I hope this won't happen to others.

There are courses with interesting topics. However, not all teachers pass on the necessary content. They spend most of their time wasting time on games that don't develop professionalism.They pass written material for the student to download, but the classes are not as focused on the subject as they should be. And yet, a conduct of vexatious punishment with the students. I don't think it's a good method. It seems to me more like a public school where each teacher conducts the course in a different way, without a standardized educational system.

Not a good school at all... Mostly when you already get a pre-advanced english level... You don't progress when you have the pre advanced level. Ppl are a bit arrogant. During my stay, it was impossible to get any courses during the christmas holiday cuz the teachers took their leaves. But they took our money during those 2 weeks. That's unacceptable to pay for nothing. Ppl in the reception told us it was normal cuz it was the holiday christmas. Okay but we could get a kinda leave too and not lost our money. They tried to put a kinda teacher. That guy took his phone and using any games apps to learn something news. But for that we don't need any teachers or any courses. We can do it in our own home. I didn't really progress in general. It's just a money machine, a cash cow. Taking your money and that's all.I also tried to get a job from ILAC but for that I should pay again and a lot. So I had to figure smth out and I picked my luggage and went to the US and visit some cousins.Fortunately I find that super solution out . And my english level was getting even better and it was a cheap apprentice.Also ILAC's homestay with their family was also a terrible experience. They don't care about you. The families need your money to pay their invoices that's it.No... Forget that kinda school. Don't go! Do not!!!The only postives things during my stay were Vancouver. Such an awesome city and my Brazilian friends. Have a good luck...

the schools is bad, their programs are not well structured, basic and they don't take care of minors, they steal and ignore you after you finish your program, better to search for a better school, there are way better options.

This is such a horrible place to take IELTS test from IDP. I did the test in August and still this is November I didn’t receive any certificate home. Very irresponsible. Entry and exit to the building is so crazy too. please be aware of their crazy elevator.

this school steals from students, my brother did a 12 months course at ILAC Toronto, they forced us to pay airport transportation because my brother was underaged, however they did not provide the airport transportation, not only that, they didn't even inform my brother the school was never planning on picking him up, I asked for a refund because they did not provide the service I paid for, but they ignored my messages and practically stole the transport fee we paid, I've been begging for a refund for 6 months now and the staff Renny Zeis and Pia Cardenas just ignore my messages and calls. I could not recommend this school specially with underaged students, because they do not care about them, I'm positive there are way better schools.

l like ILAC!! sood!!!!!!Teachers are great! It's a really fun place !!!It is always a pleasant place !!
