Where to begin?! Lacey was an absolute delight to work with. Having a day of coordinator that I knew I could trust 100% was an incredible feeling on the most important day of my life. Lacey handled situations with grace and class, but wasn't afraid to stand up for me when I needed her to. Every detail was perfect, and I can confidently say that our day would not have been nearly as wonderful if we hadn't had her. I recommend her wholeheartedly, and wish all of you future brides a magical wedding day.

My husband and I are still in awe of Lacey! Our wedding day was a dream come true and the entire planning process was a breeze and that's all thanks to her.Before we booked Lacey, my husband and I were super anxious and just didn't know where to begin with wedding planning. But immediately after booking her, we felt a huge weight off of our shoulders. Lacey was really thoughtful about the options she presented to us. She took in account our wants and needs. We always felt taken care of and heard. Lacey was always so intentional in her work.She handled all the communication with our vendors and took care of every detail on our wedding day. I am not kidding when I say we were able to enjoy our wedding and did not worry about a thing! Working with her was so much fun and so easy. She is so personable and we are just so thankful our paths crossed!

In the months leading up to the wedding, my husband and I were stressed beyond belief about planning. Every time we met with Lacey, she was so confident and excited about the wedding and immediately put us at ease. She helped us stay focused on what needed to get done and when and thought through every detail.Our wedding day was FLAWLESS and it’s entirely thanks to Lacey. Seriously, not a single thing went wrong. We had a huge wedding party and Lacey managed to wrangle everyone efficiently both during the rehearsal and on the wedding day - a really admirable feat given how chatty and excitable our group was. Day of, everything ran perfectly on schedule without feeling rushed. Lacey spearheaded a beautiful setup of the event space, got everyone down the aisle in one piece, and kept the reception moving! More than anything else post-wedding, we’ve received SO many compliments about the structure and flow of the reception. Our family and friends said they really enjoyed the seamless flow from dinner to toasts to dancing.If you’re reading reviews and thinking about booking Evergreen Weddings - run, don’t walk, to book Lacey!! Having her by our side for our wedding was the BEST decision we made. We could not have done it without her help!

The flow between events felt natural and seamless, and she made sure we didn’t feel rushed or unprepared for any of it. Lacey helped us coordinate our pandemic-style elopement on very short notice. I cannot emphasize enough how much stress she took off my plate! Lacey's help allowed me to enjoy my wedding day without worry because I had full confidence that she had everything under control. My wedding day actually felt relaxing! Lacey was the most amazing wedding coordinator and friend throughout the entire planning process! Although we only booked her day-of services, she provided so much more over the few months leading up to the wedding. Lacey was truly the hero we needed for our wedding day!!! We used her for wedding coordination and she seriously more than exceeded ALL of our expectations. She makes brides, grooms, and their families feel right at home from the second you have your initial phone consult with her. She made it so my type-A self and family could actually enjoy every single minute of wedding day because of the trust we had in her to execute anything that needed to be done or any fire that needed to be put out. First and foremost, it must be stated that words cannot truly convey how highly we recommend Evergreen Weddings and Lacey’s services to any couple planning their wedding. From our first contact with her, up through the time of this writing some months after our big day, it is apparent that choosing Lacey as our wedding coordinator was the wisest decision we made, and one that we will always look back on with great memories and fondness.As with any couple, we were beyond excited to share a special day signifying the union of our love with our closest friends and family. And, as with many couples, the thought of entrusting so much of that day to a person we did not know brought with it some initial doubt and apprehension. All reservation and worry melted away within the first minutes of our initial meeting with Lacey. As excited as we were to start planning, we never imagined the level of excitement and joy a stranger could bring to the process. In fact, even as I type this now, I feel awkward with the thought of referring to Lacey as a stranger because from the outset, the entire experience of working with her felt more akin to a lifelong friend casually helping us create an event that is commensurate to the love we have for each other. But don’t be fooled. Lacey’s casual familiarity in her interactions was matched, exceeded even, by her absolute professionalism in every aspect required to pull off such a wonderful event.Most importantly, Lacey is an excellent communicator. She was very responsive to our emails, inquiries, suggestions, and wonderings. Additionally, her attention to detail is beyond compare, and her ability to make our asks fit within what can sometimes be the rigid frameworks of wedding planning was nothing short of masterful. I cannot promise that you will not be stressed or anxious while preparing for your big day, but I can assure you that with Lacey guiding you through it, that nervousness will be alleviated as much as possible.
