First time we went we looked at the colors. Found a bunch we like but no one acknowledged us or posted help.Second time we went we planned on buying. Got there 5 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. There were still staff and customers inside. I knocked and got no answer.If the staff doesn't want a sale we won't give it to them.

staff was incredibly knowledgeable , knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me options. I have been to 4 other paint stores that could not assist, did not know their products. I would recommend this store to all . Friendly staff as well, very accommodating, I will return.

Very poor customer service. Unfriendly sales associates that only grudgingly assist the customer. I went in to obtain a slightly darker shade to the original paint I had bought. It was so difficult to get the associate to darken the paint and in the end I paid $35 for paint that is much too dark. This is absolutely not the place to go if you need a little bit of customization and willingness to assist. I will go to Benjamin Moore next time. Better service by far.

Never had such terrible customer service. The person working was talking to another customer who was clearly a friend the whole time and when he FINALLY got around to helping me he was rude and condescending. Maybe cause I’m a female but this is exactly why people get turned off if doing home projects. Thanks for making me feel terrible for not knowing what sanding grit to use. Employees need training on how to treat people. Visited aug 4 just before 12 if you want to check security footage or talk to the individual working.

Excellent service from advice over the phone to nearly instant curb-side pick up, Easy parking right out front and the adjacent side street. The product is excellent as always. Plus I got a sweet coupon!
