This store has very friendly staff. A big shout out to everyone who works there. We took a Tesla for a test drive and it is amazing. Saving the planet and being cool just got easier with Tesla.

The staff at Kitchener Tesla went above and beyond for my family. We travelled to Kitchener for a random day and wanted to treat our son with a test drive of his dream car. Without an appointment, the staff granted us a test drive and absolutely made our trip! They have remained as friendly in on-going communication and when our time comes to buy a Tesla, we will travel to Kitchener for it.

I got my Tesla from here. I amBasically from Windsor Ontario. This was the nearest pick up station so I had to come here. The all check in process was very nice and smooth. They have enough staff and all are very nice and educated and talented. I got my delivery and all the documentation within 1 hr. They have 8 super chargers to charge your vehicle. My agent was Indian and he was super nice and showed me all the necessary things about the car.

I'm very sparing with my negative reviews, but never have I ever been to a service centre for any vehicle with such a blatant disregard for scheduling.I live an hour and a half from the closest service centre, and every time I am there 20-30 minutes before my appointment. They assure me it's a 45-minute job. I take an Uber to a coffee shop, come back 2 hours later, wait an hour, wait another hour, wait another hour, only to realize they haven't even moved it from the parking lot.Everything about Teslas is so superior to the traditional vehicle experience except this service facility. Their blatant disregard for people's time is astounding. My Subaru tech would do a full servicing and have me back on the road in just over an hour every time. I show up, they take the car, 5 minutes later it's up on a lift. I don't understand why this is difficult for Tesla.I don't know why the app even allows you to chose a time because it's literally meaningless. If you go in the morning, you're there until at LEAST 5pm regardless of the service needed. My advice is book in the later afternoon (3 or 4 pm) so you don't waste your whole day waiting for a lift to become available"The lack of local service centers -and competent ones has me really questioning my next purchase."

Applied online for a credit app to purchase a new model Y from this location on May 12. I scheduled our delivery date for May 23 and on May 22. They cancelled the delivery date so that we didn’t complete the payment method. This was in accurate it was wrong the payment method was made, we applied for a loan and nobody in the dealership thought they call us in 11 days to tell us the credit app was having issues. Very disappointed with this location. Now we have to go a whole Nother week before we could get this vehicle picked up.

Despite a bit of a hiccup in the pickup paperwork causing a delay Chris and Kaleb were both professional and worked to get things sorted out.Test drive, ordering and really every aspect of the purchase was very easy; you could do it all on the app but the staff were great to assist!And the car of course is amazing!

Unprofessional and Untrained Staff:Tesla really needs some people who know customer service and professionalism at this location. If i am buying an expensive product, the least I should get is a smile and execution per schedule they set for us. I got none.I ordered a MY and delivery got scheduled per their time slot availability in a Sunday. I get a phone call at noon on Thursday to oeave my plates and ownership at this location by 3 pm. I felt odd but left my work early to get this moving anyway.I get another call on Thursday 4:05pm that they forgot to get my sign on some form to finish the transfer along with adding a name to the ownership. Luckily, i live in the area and somehow made it there by 4:25 after which it took 10 more minutes to find a person who actually had any idea what i was talking about.After all this drama, i get a message on Saturday evening stating we need to push back the delivery. NOT EVEN A WORD OF APOLOGY. This puts several things in question.1. Customer service (2/5)2. Planning (2/5)3. Knowledge of their Job (0.5/5)4. Respect for other’s time (0/5)5. Communication (0/5)6. Punctuality (1/5)

Don’t bother making an appointment, they don’t care anyway. They don’t have a “take a number” system or anything so customers just mill around looking for someone to help them.So someone can arrive after you and just happen to chance upon a salesperson before you.I love the cats but customer service is non-existent!
