I first came to this location because I had a couple holes in the driver side vent window due to an attempted theft. I brought it to this location since they were offering the cheapest price, and they were able to do the service ASAP.After the swift install, I was called to pickup my car. Turns out the car had an aftermarket tint on that window (I had no idea at the time) so the new window did not match the other vent. Luckily, the manager was one of the nicest and most professional I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He actually booked and payed to have my tinting done with another business the next week. (You absolutely don't get this with any other glass repair shop in Edmonton, truly amazing customer service.)It turned out incredible. I will for sure recommend this business to my friends and family for any and all car glass needs. The service was quick and cheap, and they really followed through to make sure I was satisfied.The manager's name was Terry I believe? (Forgive me, it's been a while before I could write this review.) He was by far the most professional and empathetic individual I could ask for.5/5, absolutely would come here again.

We broke our rear side window on the drive to Edmonton. There was glass everywhere in the inside of the van. I called Speedy Glass at this location and they were able to book me in right away. They even cleaned up the glass! The window looks great, I couldn’t be happier!

Poor service. Showed with 50 mins before closing to get a rock chip repaired and got told they didn’t have time for paper work with the repair.

Just been here to have a stonechip repaired. Bad luck (or good luck..) wanted us to sustain a windshield crack as we were driving here, as consequence to turn on the hot air heater directly on the frozen glass. (Learned the hard way no to do that). They do not repair cracked windscreen here but considering it just happened and also the fact that we have an import car we were left with no other option to try and repair it. An expert and very knowledgeable technician, Guy went to the great length and did an excellent job. The stonechip is barely visible and completely filled up with some of the best resins available on the market and the cracked windscreen is glued back together. We couldn't have found a better place to help us out to get back on the road. And all of this at a super competitive price. Thank you Guy! And thank you to the Speedy Glass team.

I am not at all satisfied with the way your agent - Jason spoke with me when I called in to book the appointment. If this was the attitude I had to face while booking the appointment I dread the experience I would have to experience on the day of the appointment. While I was speaking with Jason I was trying to figure out where I had booked an appointment for a windshield replacement. Only then did I notice that I actually made an appointment for 3 days ahead, which I had pointed out to him. After which he was clearly rude and adamant. I would prefer never to do business with you if people like Jason work for you. I don't want to proceed with the appointment I was given if Jason is not disciplined or if he still works for you. Jason was trying to harass me and try to prove that I didn't understand English. It is people like Jason that makes the customer experience terrible. I actually lost my cool and had to ask him if he had a problem with getting me booked for an appointment to get my windshield replaced after paying an amount from my pocket.It is people like him who is going to ruin your business. I am going to get my windshield replaced somewhere else.

My parents went through this shop to have the rear glass replaced on their 2015 MKX. Price was reasonable. However, they got a phone call from them saying that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. My dad promptly declined and they still pushed. I look after all their vehicles and had just changed the cabin filter a couple months prior. Went with my mother to pick up the vehicle, pulled the filter out and what do you know, looks like new. Went in, asked why they were trying to upsell us when the filter is perfectly clean. (No debris whatsoever in it). Couldn't get an answer and was told he would talk to the technician. This is absolutely unacceptable. I doubt they even checked the filter. You guys are giving us honest mechanics a horrible name in the automotive industry. You should be ashamed.

Amazing customer service! The shop was able to squeeze me in for an emergency replacement, the team was kind and efficient, and the price was the best in the city. We'll be back (because we all know how stellar Edmonton roads are)!
