Fabulous gem of a place. I wish there were more locations

Came here with my 4 children. They were kind enough to open the doors few minutes before they opened as we didn’t realize they only open @3pm. The experience was okay. Prices were very high, but it’s ok. I just asked the kids to pick something very small (under 15)We waited a week for them to be ready. When I came to pick them up, the lady told me one my kids item broke. I said ok, can I still have it? (I figured I’ll just glue it, I won’t complain, it happens) she said no, it’s in many pieces.They would not refund my money. She said my daughter can come back and paint another one or same value or cheaper item. I thought that was weird so I asked if she could at least pick something better than the tiny figurine for the trouble? She said nope something same value or cheaper.We came as a family experience. Now one of my kids it’s left without her item (which I get, it happens) but the way it was handled didn’t seem fair. Now we have to go back, so just one of my kids can paint one (after the effort she already put into painting one. ) and the rest of my kids will watch. It was more for the experience. They should have offered to refund my money or offered something for the trouble. I was polite, just left. But we were all a little unhappy with the experience. We would not come back here again. I paid $65 for my small 4 children to paint little 2-3” figurines, and only 3 walked out with theirs.

I loved my day at the Clay Owl!! Ivy was so helpful getting me set up, and helping me pick with cementing my ideas. I painted a mug for myself and was able to pick it up before I went home at the end of my vacation. I am definitely wanting to go back with some others and make it a fun time with friends!! ❤❤

Celebrated my daughters birthday at the new clay owl location. All the girls had a blast. The staff here is very friendly and they have a wide variety of items to paint. I would definitely recommend Clay Owl

Our absolute favourite family night! The staff are so kind! The pottery changes regularly so there's always something new to paint! The atmosphere is wonderful; great music playing and a relaxing space to unwind!

I was invited by my son and his gf to try the Clay Owl. What a wonderful outing and experience!!! I'm now trying to convince my mil to try her hand at painting. What a beautiful way to spend a day with family. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. I intend to go back many times!

Had a good time painting with my family. A little pricey, but the experience is worth it once in awhile. Would love to see more options for things to paint. Some kind of refreshment/snack sales would be a plus considering that painting our things took nearly 2 hours. Overall a enjoyable time that produces something tangible for your money/efforts!

What a cute little shop! We loved visiting and getting artsy. The staff was amazing at explaining the process and we had fun picking from the many options of items and paint colours! I went with a cute scalloped bowl and the girls went with a donut piggy bank and some knick knacks. For 3 of us it was around $60 and 2.5 hours worth of fun!!
