My late hubby, mom and dad in law and i went to Dr Neff for over 20 years. They are gone and I'm feeling lost without Dr Neff. I am sorry but i no longer feel like a valued customer...

I loved my visit to this clinic. Dr. Exler was thorough, super efficient and incredibly friendly. I really enjoyed visiting the dispensary and getting Allison's help with picking out a really cute pair of glasses. 100% recommend getting your eye needs taken care of here.

The office has a lovely balance of being inviting, yet professional. The staff are pleasant and always helpful. Dr. Tessel is incredibly knowledgeable, providing solid information and appropriate eye exams. There is no upsell to try get people to purchase unnecessary items which is a goodness.

Worse services ever! First of all, booked my appointment told me 8:15 got there 8:20 taking a day off to go for am eye exam, they said I should have come in earlier since am a new patient, how am I new when I was there 4 years ago and (they even sent me an email a while back telling me am due for an eye exam) and secondly why isn't that in the email to let client's known to come early if they are new clients? So they sent me away. well maybe they have a lot of clients but am definitely note one of them. Cancelled my wives and daughter appoint. Don't waste your time, go somewhere you will be valued just saying FYI!!

Great service, very friendly, very helpful. My family has been with Dr Neff and Tessel's office for years and now Fyi's. My parents my immediate family and now my twin Grandson's are going to them as well. They have all been a great service. Much appreciated

Me and my family have been patients with Dr. Tessel and Neff since 2015 or 2016,and i was happy for their service . However, now we can not get booked with Dr. Tess. As one of the receptions told me that we are still considered as new patients .And this sounds weird .

I am a new customer at FYI Doctors in Guelph. My first visit was to get an extra pair of glasses, just in case anything happens to the pair I have. I was greeted very professionally by the receptionist. A few minutes later, Allison invited me in to see their selection which was huge. I found Allison to be very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and within a half an hour I had a new pair picked out and was on my way. I would highly recommend FYi Doctors in Guelph when you are looking for any eyeware. They will treat you like family.

I always have an excellent experience at FYI Doctors Guelph. Excellent response time when I have an issue, including a prompt call-back by Dr. Tessel to discuss my concern over the phone during the CoVID emergency. Allison in the dispensary is just amazing. Prompt service, patience, and excellent rapport building skills (read: great sense of humour). And the staff that answer the phones and do scheduling are always friendly and professional. I always come back to FYI Doctors Guelph when I need expert care and quality lenses for my over-worked eyes. Five stars all the way. Recommended without hesitation.

Dr. Patrick Tessel is my favourite optometrist. He is very professional ,kind, caring and friendly. It s good to see a doctor you feel comfortable sharing any concerns and questions you might have and he checked and take time to explain accordingly. He took time to check my current eye glasses and make sure if my vision has any changes. Receptionist and technicians are friendly, helpful and glad to have reminder text for my appoitment. Thank you all!
