First time here and thought it was great. First time I've swam in a salt water pool. Was enjoyable. Rooms were clean. Spacious. Friendly staff!

Save here for a few nights during the Winter of 2022 - 2023 and found the place to be very pleasant with professional staff. The room is very big and though slowly showing its age is still very comfortable. Very nice beds too (I have a bad back) which is a plus.Shower pressure is fantastic and the bathroom amenities are very nice quality. A bit of a hiccup the first few days with the room card key randomly deactivating itself multiple times but other than that it was all good. All staff encountered were very pleasant and professional.Nice gym and pool in the basement too!

Rooms are only cleaned if requested a day in advance, but only give you small amounts of amenities. For two people there's only enough shampoo for 1 day (in tiny cardboard slips), there are only 2 paper coffee cups (no water glasses), when we had the room cleaned they didn't restock any of the coffee stuff or toilet paper and only gave us 1 towel for 2 people. We called in or asked the front desk for various items throughout the trip. Not sure if this is a cost savings thing but it's weird especially for a place that doesn't regularly service the rooms.

We just got home from a 2 night stay for a hockey tournament. With a large number of rooms booked for our group, the staff went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From allowing our parent group to socialize in their lobby area in order to avoid disturbing other guests in rooms, to providing our group with a late check-out when they learned of the timing for our last game, the entire staff was amazing. This doesn't usually happen with hotels that host tournaments, so we were pleasantly surprised & appreciated their efforts.This hotel appears to be fairly new with a high-end feel to it. Everything was clean & well maintained.Great place to stay.

Ver happy with our stay. We had a large group and everyone has been extremely satisfied. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. From the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping - very pleasant. Ali is fabulous and his customer service skills are top notch. The lobby smells amazing too. Thank you!

Great overall experience. The only thing i can think of was the lack of closed storage space to put your clothes away. Good vibe, close proximity to the mall and a really cool hangout area in the lobby. Will definitely recommend it if you are visiting the mall for a weekend trip. Also many good restaurants nearby to enjoy a variety of cuisine.
