Carolina - rate 5 plus. Awesome customer service which is outstanding these days. Simply Computing hopefully recognizes what a valued employee they have. My training session was cancelled today due to employee illness however,Carolina offered her assistance to get me out of a matter that urgently needed to be dealt with today. My stress level and anxiety have disappeared after 10 minutes of Carolina solving my problem. Thank you,Carolina and keep up the good work, clients appreciate employees like you. Gail

Tony was so helpful and friendly, I dropped off my aging laptop and within 3 days got a call from the technician with a detailed description of what needed to be done. Excellent service and very reasonable! Highly recommend

I recently had my IMAC into the Simply Computing shop for a check up and clean up. My experience from start to completion was very good. Carolina answered my questions and initiated the work order, the technician called when the work was done ( I did not get his name) and explained how to update to the new operating system and pick up from the store was very quick and easy. The computer is working well and happy to be home again!I did have a follow up question about security once I got home and again got efficient and knowledgable service from Carolina on the phone.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Jordain Bornais at Simply Computing. Not only did he solve my problems, but he explained what had happened and taught me how to rectify the issue should it happen again. He actually had me do the steps so it was a hands on experience, the best way to learn. All the staff are very professional and helpful.

Carolina was awesome. I have brought at the Oak Bay location to Mac books, iPad mini an iPad Pro and a iPhone over the years. Customer service is always exceptional and everyone is nice and polite. I have watched the staff helping seniors and they always go out of the way to be extra helpful. I only buy my Apple stuff at simply computing Oak Bay.

My new macbook air would connect with my bluetooth speaker but wouldn't recognize the speaker as a sound output device. The technician tried various solutions but although he could get it to work with his iphone, he had the same problem with his macbook. He concluded there was nothing wrong with my speaker or my mac - but they just aren't compatible.Not the end of the earth: the speaker connects with my phone and the macbook connects with stereo speakers at home.I received friendly and patient service and although the problem couldn't be resolved I highly recommend this business.

Phone had died. Brought it in and the tech turned it on instantly. I had already paid for diagnostic but they refunded me and ran a simpler diagnostic for free. Awesome!
