Canadian Mouse Trips

The people at Canadian Mouse trips are helpful and thorough. My trip was amazing.My one regret is not asking Celine to book my dining because as it turned out I was working the day booking opened, she did remind me though and I was able to get my husband to book for us.Disney has changed a lot since last I went with booking a park you start your day with, lightening lanes,and no dining plan when I went(its coming back though I hear) Celine and Jason were always available to help us when we had a question no matter how small.We even got some special treatment because Jason mentioned it was a trip celebrating my retirement.Would reccomend them to anyone.

Canadian Mouse Trips Made our vacation all the more excellent. Their attention to detail, knowledge of Disney combined with their ability to relate that to our needs and preferences made for an unforgettable vacation. You would do yourself a disservice by going to anyone else for your Disney vacation needs.

We haven’t even left for our trip yet, but I feel as though the ball has been seriously dropped. We have none of the dining reservations we asked for (aside from the one I booked just now on my own) and are unable to book the other reservations we asked for because we are too close to our travel date and they’re fully booked. But, the agent did go ahead (of his own accord) and booked dining reservations for restaurants we have no interest in? We also asked for tickets to Mickey’s Christmas Party and were assured they would be booked for us. They were not and are now sold out the entire week we are there (I looked last week and there were still tickets available for the day we wanted and now today there are none). And, on top of all that, messages went days/weeks/months without being answered. This was meant to be a celebratory trip, but I’m honestly super bummed right now by the lack of proper planning and assistance.
