I recommend this very professional company in a heartbeat! My fridge stopped cooling in the midst of a heat wave. After several unsuccessful attempts to deal with it myself, I had some helpful discussions with Titan by email. They went the extra mile to figure out what the problem might be, to answer all my questions, and what I should try and do. My problem was then otherwise resolved. Thank you Titan!

Called to LG with a flat rate, they assigned a contractor to do our fridge. The 1st contractor was such a disappointment. They never answered the phone, never returned calls and never answered email! Called LG back and complaint and asked for another contractor. That is when they gave us Titan. Very happy with the repair and Ryan was awesome! They actually answered the phone and gave us the appointments ASAP. We had to wait almost 3 weeks from the initial call to LG to actually getting our fridge fixed. Very disappointed with how LG handled the repair and very disappointed with the initial contractor (should we name them?). Thank you Titan and Ryan for your service!

came to my home and repaired a bad sound coming from the dryer. guy was professional and efficient. problem solved. LG under warranty n/c.

It appears that their service appointments is scheduled all around them not around the customer. You can request an appointment for 1 to 2 weeks out and they can’t give you a time until the day before so essentially you have to keep the whole day open because you don’t know until the day before when your appointment will be. Bad customer service.

Chrissy at Titan was the one bright spot in my day when our 3 month old LG fridge quit. LG support was a horrible experience. Trying to place a warranty service call with them turned into a 2hr exercise in frustration. I finally gave up and called Titan directly and said can you help?" Chrissy stepped up and said "we'll look after you"

Great customer service by Jessica who helped me coordinate the repairs to my LG Refrigerator. The technicians who repaired the appliance were professional and carried out the repairs promptly. I recommend using Titan appliances for any appliance repairs.
