I had trouble with one of their boilers and the plumber who installed it could not figure out the issue. James who i have been contacting with was very helpful. He facetimed me to see the problem and spent time with me going through troubleshooting and it helped. After some solutions, i can see it is now working good.

Awesome service from them. We called them because the SERVICE light was on with our boiler. We initially talked to Bill. He was very helpful over the phone and taught us a couple of tricks about maintaining the product.Then DAVID visited our place. He was the highlight of our great experience with Eco-King.Throughout the entire process, David was very polite and patient with us. He is an AMAZING guy. He answered all the questions we had with the boiler. He explained how the complex machine works with simple terms so we could understand it.By the time he left, we had a fully functioning boiler. Both my wife and I are very pleased and satisfied with the service from them (and most importantly DAVID).

Our Eco King boiler came with our new house 6 years ago. We had some issues the first year but Chad from KHP was very quick to respond to emails and texts and fixed the issue. Ever since we've had no issues and have had Chad come in twice, on a bi-annual basis, for routine maintenance. The service from Chad is great and we are very happy with the unit. I feel like if any issues do come up in the future that Chad and KHP will resolve them on a timely basis.

I have had the pleasure to work with King Heating and the Eco King product for many years. The owner and staff are amazing. Most all of the negative reviews that I have read seem to be installer error or owner error. I have been in the industry for over 21 years and I can honestly say that 99% of the time it is not the boilers fault. I am an engineer of radiant heating systems and I have heard every bad thing said about every boiler on the market. What I can say about the team at King Heating is that, if you are looking for honest, old school service, then, King Heating and the Eco King boiler is what you should be putting in. Made in Canada!! I quote Eco King boilers to all of my clients, and will continue to do so until I retire. Kudos again to the entire King Heating family. Keep doing what you are doing. Best boiler company....period!

Bill is awesome. One day, he answered phone call very early morning, and offered a free spare part over the phone.Another day, I spent 5 hours to diagnose my floor heating, and decided to replace the boiler control board,.which is ver expensive. Bill had a video talk via WHATSAPP with me, he found the solution, and instructed me fixed my boiler just in a 3 min:He just help me to find the external refill valve, and refilled the boiler.

Horrible customer service and product. We built a house approximately 5-6 years ago and we have a H100 eco king boiler. We trusted our plumber as he recommended this one. In the first 2 years, we had to call out a technician probably about 5-6 times. Each time they would come they would say the fan is gone and they would charge us $200-300 to replace it and that would not include labor. We replaced the fan 4-5 times in the first 2 years. Finally we had Chad come take a look and he saw that the problem was that the air outtake is right next to the air intake. I understand this is a installation problem but we called there techs over multiple times but they let the problem continue and kept replacing a fan which costed us about $2000 over 2 years. This shows that their techs are not knowledgeable about their own product. Chad literally took 5 minutes to solve the problem. Finally once that problem was solved we would have many different problem and leaks that would go on. Every year just so many different problems and we would replace a lot of parts. Today as I write this, we are ripping out the eco king boiler from the wall and installing a viessmann one. It’s so funny that whenever I talk to a plumbers and other companies they all have so many bad things to say about eco king, even the people they recommend for services tell me it’s not a good product and built to last short term not long term. Horrible product. If you are building a house or anything under construction or renovation, stay away from this company as the boiler is a cheap product that builders love to install to save themselves money. Somebody told me that is we had to use cars to represent boiler companies, eco king is a Kia and the German brands (viessmann) would be a Ferrari and this is after talking to multiple plumbing companies and independent plumbers.

We have had our Echo King furnaces and hot water tank in our duplex for 5 years now. We have saved so much money on our natural gas bill! There is a very noticeable improvement from our old and very inefficient furnaces. Our home is warmed quickly when we turn on our furnace. Maintenance is a dream. We have had no problems at all since they were installed. So far we are thrilled with our Echo King products! Highly recommend this Canadian company.

In our brand new house, the builder installed Eco-King boiler. Because it was not installed and programmed properly , it kept shutting off. That meant no heat and hot water. I kept calling the builder to correct the problem. After about more than dozen visits from them, and still the same problem persists. Then I called the home owners warranty. They did not know what they were doing.I decided to research Eco-King company, and got hold of Chad (owner) Even though he did not installed the boiler, and was not his responsibility to solve my problem , he personally came to my houseTo investigate. He took the time to go over everything very carefully and found out that his product was not installed and programmed correctly. He was very kind and helpful even though it was not his fault.Chad recommend Peter, who works for him to install our boiler properly to solve our problem once for all. Peter is extremely skilled and talented. I was able to see that very quickly, that he had great experience and knowledge of the work on hand. From start to finish, he was very friendly, caring and gave me excellent service.Chad and Peter both went the extra mile to remedy my problem. It did cost me some more money, but the problem has been solved permanently. Thank you Chad and Peter for your excellent, friendly, and professional service. You really deserve more than 5*.

Hello everyone I have an eco-king boiler in my house that I bought in 2015, I have had some issues with my boiler, due to myself not getting it service yearly like recommended. So I needed to replace some parts and called King Heating, spoke to Chad who help me troubleshoot and repair the items that were given me trouble. I very pleased with how King Heating was able to guide me with procedures on how to replace the parts and how quickly I was able to pick parts from them. I would definitely recommend buying your next boiler from King Heating, these guys are local and go the extra mile to help. Having a local company and great customer service care, makes me want to support local business. I will be a loyal customer to these guys

Our home was built 5 years ago and since day 1 we’ve had a problem with the boiler. The service light keeps turning on, the hot water and heat would stop working. We’ve had multiple guys from eco king come and try to fix the problem but leaving without figuring out the problem saying “it should be good, give me a call if it happens again”. The only temporary solution we were given was to release pressure and press restart. At first it would work and would only have to be done after every 2-3 days. For the past year we have been doing this after every 20 minutes for us to continue getting hot water and heat. A year ago we made another call and the man who came was Peter, he told us he would have to open up the washroom ceiling and wall to see where the problem was coming from LOL, yeah right. He also said he had to make a hole in the ceiling above the boiler to see if anything else was wrong and when he did, he cut a pipe which leaked water everywhere. This guy then starts telling us that we have carbon monoxide leaking inside our house and that we need to get this fixed ASAP. I called the builder to look at the problem and he laughed saying “only air and a little bit of water comes out of the pipe above the boiler”. Long story short, don’t buy from eco king, save the headache and buy from somewhere else.
