I wont recommend it all - they over charged us. They did not provide us with the information upfront and trucks are not well maintained at all. Truck’s tire blown away in the mid of our journey - no worries we got it fixed. We have returned the truck and got reimbursed for the expenses we did. But then they called us back saying we have to pay some percentage of it after a week. And the lady over the phone told me we ran over a curve thats why we are responsible - Is this some kind of joke. No standards, no professionalism, no knowledge of how trucks works. I wont recommend these guys - go with them if you want to pay more.

On a very busy Saturday afternoon, Aaron really helped my husband and I out with a last minute welding job when our gate was run over. Talk about incredible customer service and responsiveness. All his technicians were very friendly and really went out of their way to fix our problem. Much appreciated!

We needed a CV Truck for our cross border hauls and inter provincial dealer trades. Rhonda and Mike were great to deal with and made the purchase process smooth and easy. We had lots of questions due to the Brutus Deck configuration. All of the finite details they provided were bang on. We purchased the truck sight unseen with an wireless transaction. Mike provided transfer from the airport and both he and Rhonda delivered on all commitments. Thanks for the Great Service!

We have rented a 5-ton from IRL twice now. Reasonable rate and great service. We were given a newer rental which was very nice. Truck worked as expected and we ran into no problems. A great experience from booking to returning the truck. Would use them again!
