WELL Health - Clayton Heights Medical Clinic

Dr Dhillon has been our family doctor at this clinic (through its various name changes) for over 15 years now. She is an excellent doctor. The staff are reasonable and usually good spirited even though very busy. I rarely have any complaints about the staff and have never had a complaint about Dr Dhillon.

I'm incredibly grateful for the team and Dr Dhillon for all the provided care and support over the years, along with the flexibility and efficiency when it comes to appointments, referrals and requisitions. Your consistent and reliable service has been a great relief during stressful times, so many thanks!

Just phoned and the receptionist says one thing and then the next she says no when I repeat excaltly what she said the first time. I am not happy by the unprofessioanlizm and these happen far far to often in the medical administration positions. Not happy unforcently. I know this is the same girl that opens the doors and rudely says they are not open- and I only passing by to get to physio!

Receptionist is a joke, you call them and tell us they have available spot then after 15 mins you show up and tell you they are fully booked. Very bad experience.

Not satisfied with your hours. If other clinics can open 7 days a week, why can't you guys? Like many others, I work Monday through Friday and need to be able to get in on the weekend. If you can't open 7 days a week, at least close on one weekday so you can open on Saturdays like some other clinics are doing.Also noticed other reviews that said you close at 1:30 despite your posted hours being until 4:00. Very unprofessional!

Over all good however they refuse to book appointments in person or over the phone and will only book appointments online. This is unfortunate in my opinion and due to this and only this I will not return. With the cost of everything these days why do you need a computer or a smart phone and internet access just to see a doctor?

I'm not sure why the hours are listed as 8 to 4 p.m. The last appointment time available is 1:00 p.m. and if you try to call the clinic after 1:30 p.m. it will give you a message saying they're closed for the day. I have come across this problem many times as I work in the daytime and whenever I try to call after 2:00 p.m. every single time I get a message that they're closed and yet their hours say they're open till 4:00. Why not just change it until 1:30 if that's the time that everybody leaves for the day? I have literally been there for 1:00 appointment and then watched everybody pack up and lock the doors at 1:30. This isn't an occasional early closure. This is every day behavior. Sometimes the doctor makes mistakes on my prescriptions and when I get to the pharmacy they need to call the doctor. I say it's okay it's 2:00 they're open till 4:00 p.m. so the pharmacy calls and then they notify me that nobody has answered. This is ridiculous. Update your hours.

Reception is friendly, prompt, and helpful now. Dr. Ma and Dr. Sidhu listen well and run thorough testing. You can tell they care.

Dr. Wang is incompetent, failed to do a real assessment, then accused me of having panic attacks and that's why I'm in pain. She did the worst exam I've ever had, told me nothing, refused to fill out any forms, told me there is nothing wrong with my arm when two other medical professionals, both said I'm to be careful and not lift or do too much with it as it will further injury it. She has no clue what she is talking about or doing. Glad we have lass and less dr like this in BC, thank god she looks like she's about to retire and just won't help or care for anyone's well being anymore. Foreshame. She spent less than 5 min before saying, there is nothing wrong with your arm. I just had a very recent appointment with another Dr less than 14 days prior to this.
