Occupational Assessment Centre of BC
Wasted 2 days of our time waiting for a return call back to book an appointment as the girls didn't know what the shedules of the office were!!! REALLY????? Then finally on the 3rd day we were told that they only do ICBC claims for the Occupational Therapist. That couldn't have been told on the 1st phone call TWO DAYS AGO? Not to bright.

I met Russell for an assessment. He was so knowledgeable, professional and caring. He was very patient with me during a long assessment. I feel he has a very good understanding of his profession and offers a lot of wisdom. I am looking forward to his recommendations.
