I am first-time, and last-time, customer of Delicate Shoes & Repairs. The adhesive used was not durable. My sole fell off within a week of regular wear. For me, first impressions are everything and so I would not recommend Delicate Shoes & Repairs. I have already taken the shoes to another repair shop as I can’t risk the same mistake being made twice. It’s a shame because the owner was really friendly.

Really happy with the friendly and timely service. Just got my shoes repaired and they look good. You won’t get bored waiting as well as 2 cutest looking dogs will keep you busy. Will try the shoes for a week and leave another review!!

I highly recommend Delicate shoe & repair! I took my gucci loafers in (they were 6-7 years old with a hole at the back and front). Delicate shoe & repair staff made them look brand new in 4 days. Super happy with the results. Thanks so much :)

Delicate Shoes & Repairs
Call them before you come to confirm they’re open/open the front door for you. I brought 3 pairs of shoes to change the sole/heel and they are all good, and the store uses Vibram sole. The glue is ok, only visible when you look for it. My shoes are still looking good after new soles.The price is about $20 for each pair, and wait time is about 2 days.

Brought my wife's $200 leather boots here, she had worn clear through the sole on both, literally had holes through which you could see a person's socks. Had them fixed up here for $30, fresh soles and heels attached, good as new. Friendly service, quick turnaround (one day), no hassle. Only con is that you have to pay in cash but that's not a big deal when the price is so reasonable. Highly recommended.

Linda is always doing a great job for a very reasonable price that makes it worthwhile for me to extend the life of my shoes rather than buy new ones. Her attitude is great, she is very handy (she can fix a lot of other things not only shoes) and the service is usually pretty quick. Strongly recommended.

Delicate Shoes & Repair is one of the best stores in Chinatown as the workers provide the customers with great support and services. The store has reasonable prices and efficient, long-lasting products that are worth the price tag. Consists of a clean and open environment for customers to move around. The positive and welcoming attitude of the workers is always a joy and makes me come back every time.

Brought 4 pairs of boots to be re-heeled. Great job and great price. Will definitely be back again for my shoes. Hours are not typical business hours. I believe she's open later in afternoon into evenings.
