Thank you Frank and Jessica for going above and beyond to help us purchase our condo in Montreal. We are from out of town (Toronto) so not familiar with the Montreal neighbourhoods. Nada from Équipe Frank Liu is a great real estate agent! She really makes you feel like you are being listened to. With so many criteria, it was really difficult to find a place that was perfect. However, Nada managed to find the perfect place close to public transportation, square footage, # of beds/baths, parking, lots of light, high ceilings, and the price!She is great at negotiating because in this seller market, prices usually go above asking, but we managed to get a price below asking! Great experience overall.
