After waiting ten minutes, they told me it would be 3 minute wait. There was no one else there. Wouldn't give me a refund when I said I couldn't wait as i only get a 15 minute break. It was then actually another 5 minutes. So i wasn't able to even eat my food and it went in the garbage.they also bumped all orders mine and the two that came in afterwards so that they wouldn't ruin their times" but if it takes you 15 minutes to make a value pick item

I just went to this location for my lunch break and I noticed the girl in the back was making food with no gloves on, did not see her wash her hands once as well as touched my fries so they wouldn’t fall. The girl doing cash seemed completely over today, which is understandable however in customer service, u should at least act like ur having an okay day. They acted as if it was an issue for me to come order..

I’m on my break and i only have so much time to get food and eat, i can see my order ready to go and they havent even filled my drink while the girl on cash and the manager are talking about what supplies they need to refill. just a huge slap in the face. i dont even think shes taken the next person in line yet.

The food is fine, but I would put money on the speed of service here being one of the slowest in the company, if not the industry as a whole. It should NOT take nearly 20 minutes for a 5 piece chicken strip combo. If this were the only time it's taken that long I'd just write it off, but it seems like EVERY time I order here it takes forever.

Waited for 10 minutes to order the item that had a full menu display dedicated to it, only to be told they don't have it the shipment was delayed. Take it off the screen? Put up a post it note saying it's out?

Edit: How about you fix your credit/debit machines. 2 days in a row they are messed up and you dont tell the customer ahead of time.. going to this location is an absolute joke. Food is always late or messed up. How about you hire people who want to work and train them to do their job....... I would give a zero if I had that option. The young lady behind the counter was incredibly rude. I had to repeat myself multiple times and she kept messing up. Then she became quite rude to me. And the breakfast sandwiches were barely warm. The hash browns were good.

Terrible customer serviceManjot her name at A and WStone road mall@10:33 in the morning me and my friend are talking to her making friends with her before ordering . I took a selfie with her and my friend without her consent then all of the sudden she grab my phone and look the picture of my phone. And she telling me delete the photo right now, i said i deleted already then she insist to look my phone and check the recently deleted she said… what an attitude .

Last two time I went there they don’t wear any gloves when making food even after touching raw meat. Which is disgusting and could get someone really sick

Did not eat there today, but as a previous employee of another store. Found it VERY inappropriate that the manager wished to have a coaching conversation at the front of the store in front of customers. The poor girl looked so uncomfortable. There a place for these discussions to take place & it is NOT in front of customers.

So I went in this morning wanting a classic bacon and eggs combo waited a few minutes for resturant to open to get up there to place my order and they couldnt make my meal I wanted because the girl was new . Seriously why would the company hire a person that doesnt know how to make a simple bacon eggs and toast. I couldn't believe it so I left A hungry 7 in half month pregnant woman not happy with a & w today .
