I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They take great care in their work, and treat their customers with the utmost compassion, provide incredible communication and are just super friendly. Plus, a portion of their profits goes to support the community with the JumpStart Fund!I live in Halifax, and I had my late fathers car towered there which had been sitting on the Edmonton outskirts for a year while his estate settled. This car is incredibly sentimental to me. Good News Auto were very honest on the amount of work required (which was a lot, and entirely expected) to get her back into running shape. They also very kindly delivered the car to the shipper to get it back to NS for me which was so very, very appreciated.They provided very good timelines, accurate estimates and did warranty work when one of the parts installed didn't work as expected.Thank you so much to Kelsey, Jesse and Chase! You have really no idea how special it is to have my Dads car up and running, and it's all thanks to you!

Amazing service at Good News Auto!! They were professional, quick and did great work at the quoted price (which I really appreciated!). I had an oil change done at other local mechanic and paid for them to diagnose a leak - they came back to me with what seemed a very high price for a steering wheel hose (saying it was hard to get at on my car & the price was mostly labour)!! My cars a pretty standard model so really??!! Luckily I called Good News Auto for a quote - they gave me a much more reasonable/fair price that lined up with my research and I had that done as well as rear brakes for the same price the other place quoted just for my steering wheel hose. I really appreciate how honest & friendly they were and will definitely be back.

After reading the reviews, both good and bad, I decided to give Good News a shot. I found the negative reviews (in my opinion) to be misunderstandings that a simple phone call could have fixed. We're only human right? My experience with Good News Auto was great! Exceptional customer service from start to finish, awesome communication, answered all questions I hadn't even thought of. Chris C and Chris F, keep up the great work and I'll definitely be back for repairs and maintenance.I also really appreciate the detailed report from the inspection. Cars getting old and is going to need some TLC soon.

These guys and gals are awesome. I’ve been a customer for a number of years now and they have never let me down. The customer service they provide is unmatched from any other mechanic shop in town, I couldn’t recommend them enough! And the fact they give back to the community so much only solidifies what a great company Good News Auto is. Top notch!

When my Honda was having issues, I took it to these guys because I heard that they do a good job but I was not prepared for how good of a job they do. First of all, Elizabeth (service advisor) was so good at her job and so patient, she explained everything to me step by step in such a calm way. She did all this with a smile on her face. SHE WAS AWESOME!!! Then the rest of my Interactions were also pleasant. I will definitely be returning here as they were absolutely too kind to a fault. I’ve never reviewed anyone like this but these guys get a 6star because of Elizabeth.

Had the best experience at Good News. Booking was easy and efficient, Kelsey was amazing to work with and it took them no time at all to service my vehicle. Pricing was great, best I’ve found in the city and clearly broken down for me before agreeing to terms.Would absolutely recommend.

Just like the name, good news auto is filled with good people, good service and a great atmosphere. Jesse and his team went above and beyond to help assess my car after it broke down. They gave me a cost effective plan on how to fix it! I am a young women and at most mechanic shops I feel belittled, but at Good News Auto they took the time to explain everything to me no matter how trivial my questions were. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe place for both them and their car.

I’ve had work done here a few times over the last couple years. Every time I leave, I leave satisfied knowing they put in a complete effort. Never had any issues or complaints about this shop. The mechanics are knowledgeable and qualified as well as the front staff. Everyone is friendly and the prices are reasonable. 10/10 mechanic shop in our city right here.

Good News Auto is the only shop myself and my company will take out work to. The most trustworthy mechanics, and owned by Chris, who has more integrity than I’ve seen in any business owner. The manager, Jesse, is so helpful and honest. I don’t know anything about mechanics work, and he is always helpful in explaining everything clearly.If you have a hesitation about trusting auto shops, this is the one for you!
