Best Western Plus Dartmouth Hotel & Suites

I have to say it was a fun hotel to stay at for the kids. Clean and friendly people and minutes away from Costco/stores and a lot of things to do with the kids the pool was warm and the water park was fun for the kids as well and adult. The breakfast was delicious lots of things to choose from they have a restaurant in there as well which is wicked good food. They also have free parking which is a bonus. Really fun hotel to be at.

Jaxon and everyone else working last week made our lives easier during our extremely stressful, impromptu week-long stay after evacuating due to the wildfires.Everyone was so accommodating and helped us feel right at home. Thank you so much for allowing our cats to tag along. Your hospitality is unmatched ❤️

Very nice hotel. Big Rooms, comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Loved the separate sitting area and the chrome cast was a nice surprise. Restaurant had great food and the menu had great variety. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I want to give a 'shout out' and thank all of you at this Best Western location for the amazing job you're doing to help the evacuees!! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!As someone who's daughter, aunt, uncle, cousins, and extended family PLUS pets are all directly affected by this, I can't tell you what gratitude tears have been shed.I know that you don't normally accept pets in this hotel, but that you've made an emergency exception in this scenario. You can't know what a help and relief that's been, as well, for those who consider their pets family members.You are a hotel who has gone above and beyond and I felt I just had to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to all who work there.If I hear of anyone with future Nova Scotia travel plans, I will be sure to tell them they have to stay with you!~ A Grateful Mom in Ontario

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. My friend & I just wanted a change of scenery for the night, and this was the perfect spot. The double room was wonderful; extremely comfortable bed. I suffer from sciatic problems, and I was able to sleep very comfortably. The place was spotless. No bad odors or stale smell. There is a pool and fitness room. The TV was a bit tricky, but being able to use my own streaming services was great. The staff are exceptionally, and Jordan was phenomenal. The professionalism and great personality certainly make her an asset. The breakfast was great. It could have been slightly hotter, but the selection was top-notch. We had a slight problem and never felt like we were bothering someone asking for help to fix it. I honestly can wait to do this again; next time 2 days for sure.

The rooms were great. Fortunately my wife found about three to four bugs crawling across the floor in our room. That wasn't really a huge issue for us. We found the stuff to me very friendly and accommodating . We were booked in for three nights stay and our cards were shut off at the end of the second day and we could not get into our room. I was actually afraid that that was going to happen. On a lighter note at least the linens and towels smell very nice.

Currently staying here because of the wildfire evacuations. As much as we want to be at home, the BWP has been very supportive and accommodating, even with our four pets! Typically not a pet-friendly hotel, we greatly appreciate the warm welcome.The hotel is comfortable and clean, and is in a great location for amenities nearby. Delicious complimentary breakfast, and the restaurant attached (Trendz) has an awesome menu with incredible food!Staff has all been wonderful!

I checked in this morning the front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their job however once I went into the restaurant the waitress was more interested in playing with her phone than attending to customers at their tables she was clearly fully engulfed in her phone not attentive to customers at all I did complain to the front desk and tomorrow I will talk to the manager but I'm sure we'll go nowhere as none of these issues are addressed this is how Society is now everybody has their phone and that's just how it is will get used to it I guess.

Our room got canceled by mistake (on our end, won’t go into details) but when we arrived we explained what happened and they were very accommodating! Breakfast was great, beds were so comfy, and shower was pretty good too! Friendly staff will definitely stay again!
