I have an old dishwasher that has been leaking. Last yr it was repaired by adjusting a sensor without the need for any new parts. The same thing happened 15 months later so I called them again. This time it was grease in the sensor and the technician Alex used a toothbrush and cleaned and repaired it without the need for parts which at this age of a machine won't be easy to find. When Alex left I ran the dishwasher and another leak occurred but from a different place than previously. I called them back and they came out again the next day.Alex showed me the angle of the unit should be adjusted because this particular model doesn't have a gasket on the bottom of the door. He did that without the need for parts and advised me which detergent to use based on the machine.There was no charge for the second visit. I had full expectations of paying because it wasn't even the same problem and it was caused because I changed detergent.Maydone is honest and knowledgeable and communicative. I've now had multiple great experiences with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.Ask for Alex, he's great!!

I had a leaking washing machine. The technician determined it was a clogged drain. He removed the p trap and unclogged it, saving us a visit from a plumber.
