Had an awesome experience with the crew from dorcy's piano moving. Had an upright piano from the 2nd floor of my house to a new house, into a walkout basement. These guys are responsive, respectful, precise with their quote, safe but most important of all, very careful with the piano and the house as to not cause any damage.Couldn't believe how strong and fast they were.Highly recommended if you're looming to move your piano and you need it to be stress free. Worth every penny!

Terrible experience! Asked them to put down mats and floor runners on our beige carpet since it's a snowy/wet day and they walked right in with their shoes on! When asked, they rolled their eyes and sighed and told me that they thought their shoes were dry. Even after mats were down, they walked around them on the carpets. Owner, Kevin, was there and was the one who told me they would do their best not to walk on the carpet but not to give them a hard time if they did. I would never recommend this company to any of my clients, family, or friends and would most definitely NEVER use them myself.

The men were respectful and kind when they picked up the piano.
