Made a deposit at the brand new machine, was very slow and couldn't give me American money. So I had to wait in line for a teller. Should have been 2 minutes, took 10-15. But nice new clean shiny branch

Worst bank ever. I am closing my account at this bank after being treated like a theif. Tellers know nothing. Managers are untrained and have no idea what there doing. It doesn't deserve one star. Don't bank here

The staff here are professional and very friendly. I dealt with Denise and after watching the young couple ahead of me in line behave rudely to her, she was not only pleasant but did an amazing job solving the issue I came to her with. Thank you!

Can not get access to the ATM on weekends or in the evening. They want people to use the one on Oxford St. That is a long walk.Due to the limited hours at the ATM, I am looking for another back.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the financial advisor I delt with, he was perfection. The teller, older lady, who was working on Tuesday was not at all professional or even civilized. She gave me wrong information about my own account while I was dealing with a fraud situation, she very loudly proclaimed to the whole bank what my current balance was, that was the wrong amount, and had nothing to do with the conversation, she didn't inform me of the notes on my account like she was supposed to (that was the point of the notes) and to top it all off sent me away with a useless debit card when that was not all I needed.

Very rude and borderline incompetent staff. The new hire being trained (an African with a beard) had serious attitude tossing my cards on the counter, the old woman training him was worse. I highly do not recommend this branch as they're slow and rude.

Very unfriendly staff, every time I come in they make me feel like I’m bothering them. A lot of them lack knowledge as well. After the most recent experience actually considering to start using a different bank even though I was a loyal customer for 6 years.

Simon Belz performed very poorly carrying on his duties. They appear to only care about luring people in to open new accounts. He prides himself in having brought in 550 students in 14 weeks". That is exactly where the level of customer service also goes down to zero!Would strongly advise against working with him."

ZERO stars is too much.Absolutely unbelievable how poorly a company can treat a customer, however, we are talking about a CDN Bank!!The manager, Erin Simmons, just a common slag, began my experience with the caveat that she is only filling in for someone, and that was the high point!A complete lack of effort and understanding that ended with her telling me they don't want my business. Just a series of 'wow moments' that could not be justified.
