Their service is great.They made our engagement/wedding ring selection effortless and did everything right the first time. They are always friendly and helpful.I have been a long time customer and I have never been disappointed.

W Smith is a very nice place to shop. I work away and 1 phone call to Rhonda her and Mr. Smith sent me a picture of exactly what I was looking for and I received it in time for Christmas. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Rhonda for everything!!

As always, a great place to shop for jewelry, gifts, watches and repairs to all of them. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and the range of products is almost overwhelming; and high quality. The owner is a great man to know, and always does the best for his clients. I highly recommend this beautiful shop.

I don’t recommend this store. My husband got an engagement ring done at his place, I went to another store to pick the wedding band that I loved the most and could afford, brought both to him to see if he could help me to stuck them together and I was highly bashed in his store by him saying in a mean way why the wedding band was not bought from him, accusing me to change the engagement ring and other things. All he could have said was YES or NO to do what I asked (yes I can OR no I can’t do it as they can’t match). I was not obligated to buy any wedding band with him. Terrible experience and I tell this story to everyone. One less client that will never go back to his store.

I always had the best deals every time I shop here I bought more than one watch here and they always gave me a good price they're very good at what they do staffer excellent prices are right the quality of the jewellery is excellent as well these guys definitely deserve a five star rating I highly recommend if you're looking for a good deal to shop at this place

W smith has become a must go jewellers for me. The customer service is exemplary with very knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. I have been so pleased that I have recommended them to friends of mine for specialized repair work and they were shocked at the quality and price. So I couldn't disagree more with the gentleman's review. It's worth the trip ladies.

I took my watch in to this shop to get the battery replaced. I was called up the next day and was advised that they couldn't find a battery replacement for my watch. Quite strange. I walked in the next and they returned my watch to me disassembled. I walked out that day and figured the watch back piece would snap in to place. I then realized that the back piece was not able to snap back in to place. While the watch was apart, I read the code on the battery and found out that it's a very popular battery and I ordered it myself on ebay for $2! I returned to the shop and advised that the watch will not assemble after they disassembled it. They advised that it wasn't their responsibility and that I should fix it on my own. I spoke with a manager who was also utterly useless and disrespectful telling me that it's not the stores responsibility if they break it!! I'm currently still trying to figure out a way to fix this watch weeks later because the gasket is extremely difficult to find. The store also advised that they didn't have the gasket! The watch was perfectly assembled when I dropped it off and broken with parts missing when returned. This store and the employees and the absolute worst, I HIGHLY suggest staying away, far far away from these butchers and scammers!
