My wife has been in multiple times over the past few months to pick out tile for various renovations that we are undertaking. At times she has had to bring in our youngest who is 4 years of age. The staff have been incredibly kind, patient and helpful knowing she is there with a child. They would offer him snacks, colouring pages or even to put on a show on for him. Each time (and there were many) she felt welcomed.Recently we picked out a tile for our shower and there was a small mix up with the dye-lot of that tile. The staff called us to let us know, and went above and beyond to rectify it for us. They were extremely generous and really made us feel valued.Will absolutely continue to use AMES Tile for all our future renovations.

I had a great experience here. I wanted a place that had a large selection of tile for my kitchen backsplash. I had a hard time visualizing the installed tile in the box from the big box stores. Going to Ames, I was able to visualize the tiles and pick the best one for my kitchen.While at AMES, I was working with Dan C and he was terrific. He spent a good amount of time helping me go through the tile selection and the order. I ended up getting the Camp Subway tile in a mix of matte and gloss.. love it!I will go to AMES every time I need tile, and recommend them every time.Thanks Dan!

Went in to select tiles and the staff were very helpful and super friendly. Appreciated their knowledge, helpful suggestions without any overly pushy sales techniques. Gave samples to take home and got us pricing quickly. Look forward to working with them again for future projects.Update: Went to place our order and once again the design team (Keegan especially!) were great! And the team at the Order Desk were very friendly and helpful as well!

Great collection and we got all the help we needed here and everything went smooth. My only concern is required tiles wont be available immediately and they take 2-4 weeks to ship and again it depends on suppliers and nothing to do with Ames but still pointing out so anyone want to buy will plan accordingly. Overall great collection and experience. We end up purchasing here though.

I went to Ames Tile couple of months ago during the tile selection phase of my home building process with one of the builders. I have to say everyone at this store is extremely helpful. Special shout out to Annette who was nothing short of amazing and helping us narrow down the selections. She was very patient and went above and beyond in terms of providing recommendations and some of things we should look out for when selecting a particular tile.

By appointment only even though the place looks empty and Google maps shows open". So plan ahead or visit a multitude of tile shops that are open - Tierra sol was amazing! Stone and Tile has options that nobody else has - and very very friendly staff! Julian tile welcomes you like an old friend
