Arrangements for a suitable date were made easily online. Mick rang to ask if he could come earlier and this was fine. The cleaning process was done within half an hour and we chatted about how the performance of our wood-burner stove could be improved. An excellent service.

Mick is absolutely lovely, quick & efficient at what he does, even if someone (me) is pestering him with questions about how it works and so on, about which he is a fount of knowledge. Zero mess and a reasonable price, and can also advise on wood types, or supply wood. An absolute pleasure to have around. He's come to us 3 years in a row and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Super service. I booked online which was quick and easy, and they arrived on time. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and then the sweep took time to explain the controls on the wood burner to me, and gave me lots of helpful hints and advice. Will definitely use again!

Mick did an excellent work! It was my first experience with a chimney and thought that there was going to be a mess. The chimney ended cleaner than it was, Mick made sure that no dirt was going anywhere, explained me the whole process and gave me also some tips on how to maintain the chimney clean and working well. I strongly recommend their service. See you next year!!
