It's closed they moved! they should update it TD is huge they definitely have the budget Todo it! It's really annoying when you're tiered and can't wait to get home And then you get there and it's closed they moved

Dont call, theytnever pick upThey'll callcyou back two days latwr with an artiatti. Dont go: long lines, one bitter, unpleasant cashier... They don't even know how their system works. Basically the very WORST service in the history of crappy service

I had very bad experience at this place. But the tellers are doing fairly OK. The problem I had is with the leaders at this branch.1) I sold my house in another province, that house was in a mortgage with TD. I asked them first to give me a pre-approved morgage (I have a good job here) and they refused. Then after I got mortgage with other banks, the leader there told me that I had to work for 3 months before they consider (1st surprise). OK. Well. I came back after 3 months. I got a pre-approved mortgage. Good, except that emails might be responded after 1 week during the whole process. Phone was never picked up.I then went to buy an apartment in a small town and got back to TD to finalize the deal. They refused, because the selling price of the apartment was less than 130 000. Oh, surprise! They should have mentioned it before but they didn't. And then 120 days were over and I had another bank to do the mortgage. However, TD took the fine applied on my previous mortgage with them. It is too bitter that such money was supposed to be for better living of my children. I didn't make any mistake during the whole process.2) Transfer of $ from one account to another. This time I worked with another leader in that branch. It has been about a month, nothing moves in my account. I will see how long it will take. I am wondering: are they really doing anything?I have been with TD for 13 years. OK. That is about enough.

Terrible. I had booked an appointment and was supposed to get a call from TD. First of all, they never called me, and when I came on the indicated date and time I got told that I didn't have any appointment; they never booked it in the first place.Another time I had been told A to arrange some financial business, had gotten a call and made sure it was A , but when I came to the bank, another worker told me I had to do B to get what I needed.All this to say that the workers seem to be completely unqualified since they all provide you with different, never matching, information about one same matter.Would I ever open an account in TD? Absolutely not.

I just got a credit card last week...Well. They don't give any extra information..I need to figure out my self.I went last Monday at this bank..and the SERVICE WAS HORIBLE... no very good costumer service !!!The guy who served me wasn't very welcoming person.. I think he doesn't like his job..That's why the machines are replacing people !!!
