I have been buying gifts for people from Peter and Paul’s for over 10 years now. Their gift baskets have very good quality and unique products. Friend’s and customers really love the gifts. Shipping is always timely….even gifts shipped out of town. I highly recommend them.

I ordered the Ultimate Indulgence basket for some friends, and it was extremely well-received! My friends loved the variety and abundance of sweet and savoury items.

Be warned when purchasing! Their shipping dates are false. And this really matters when sending gifts for special occasions!I can’t comment on the product as it hasn’t been delivered yet. But the experience of ordering this gift basket has been terrible, so far. If you order online from this store, there’s a step in the checkout process that says “Pick a shipping date”. I selected the date I wanted my friend to get her gift. Turns out, the date Peter & Paul ask their customers to “pick” is the date they asks FedEx to pick up from their facility. Who does this? Why on earth would a customer be asked to pick the courier pick-up date when ordering a gift basket? All other online retail experiences communicate the expecting shipping date as the date the customer receives the item. I’m especially upset because now my gift won’t arrive in time for my dear friend’s 50th birthday party. The gift basket was meant to contribute to her event.I called P&P today to try to understand why the timing is so off. All they could do was repeatedly say sorry. After asking to speak to a manager and hoping they might help me out, all they are willing to do is send me a email giving me 10% off my next order. They lied to me and said nobody has ever had a problem misunderstanding their “shipping date”, but now I see here in google reviews, that others have been burned.I just spent $150 for wine and cookies plus $35 in shipping fees that will arrive 4 days after my friends party. I won’t purchase from them again because of their unwillingness to admit they have a misleading experience and remedy the problem.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Peter & Paul's for a corporate gift basket going out to 150 of our employees. The team at P&P's was amazing to work with being very professional, responsive and accommodating our custom gift request.I highly recommend for any corporate or personal gift ... this team is definitely a 5-star class act! Special mention to Eva and Noemi for making the magic happen :)

I have used Peter and Paul's Gifts for a year and they have EXCELLENT Customer Service. All emails are always answered and representatives have always been very helpful, extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with and they have a variety of baskets to select for all occasions.

I have been shopping at Peter and Paul's Gifts for over 20 years (both personally and for client/business purposes) and I would never think to shop elsewhere as they have the best selection, the freshest selection and a variety of imported goods that you can't get anywhere else! Not to mention, their reasonable prices! I always receive compliments on baskets that I have purchased and sent as gifts. The team is professional and knowledgeable and are always willing to assist you with offers and recommendations. I would recommend Peter and Paul's as your next go to gift shop. You won't shop anywhere else after your first visit.

We received two gift baskets from a supplier. What was nice was that the treats were packaged into individual portions. This enabled us to hand each out to every employee. I tried the chocolate covered pretzels and they were superb. I assume the same is true with the other treats in the basket.

Ordered a basket to be delivered on my wife’s Birthday Dec 20, to find out that day it won’t be delivered until Dec 26. Had to send someone to pick it up. When I received the basket I was very disappointed, did not look like the online photo. and certainly not worth the Money I paid 170$ plus tax

This is the worst company that you can deal with. Just run away if you want to place a bulk corporate order. These people do not care to respond to your emails and will say thay they haven't received the email even if you re-send them the email multiple times. When you call them this very arrogant lady named Hailey will pick up the phone who doesn't know the meaning of the word 'quote'. They're a disgrace to customer service. I kept chasing them for a quote before choosing another vendor who was ready to go above and beyond for me. It is your loss not mine.

I’ve received multiple gifts from Peter & Paul’s gifts. They always arrive packaged so beautifully. I Most recently, got flowers & they were stunning! I would highly recommend this company for any gifting needs.
