West London Family Health Clinic

I've been a patient here since 2009. I'm here often because I have multiple chronic illnesses. I've never dealt with any rude staff. Receptionists are always so nice, nurses are great, my Doctor at times can be a little hard headed but she ultimately helps me out and listens to me. I think my frustration is with how little time patients are alloted. It's difficult to speak about all your issues. But that isn't the clinics fault it's our healthcare system.

I get excellent, quick service with my family doctor here. I genuinely think that they go above and beyond with follow ups and referrals.Would reccomend.

I have just learnt that my Family Doctor dropped me as a patient with absolutely no confirmed notifications or reason.They claimed they sent mail to my parents home years ago - this never happened. They claimed they called, but they called the wrong number.Dr. Fox who had retired told me all his clients were being transferred and no issues would occur. This is the same Doctor, who did his best to save my Grandmothers life years back before I was born. Bless his heart as he was an outstanding human with a heart of gold.Now after waiting 48 hours with an sinus infection trying to get information I am told I am no longer their patient or problem.Trying to get a Family Doctor these days is almost impossible.I find this unjust & immoral in many ways.

I wish I could give 0 stars… but the one star is for one the receptionist Natalia, who is the only good thing about this clinic. Besides this, the service is awful. The doctor I dealt with is very insensitive to the patients needs and is humiliating. I’d steer away from this place.

Missed a morning phone meet and greet" call with Dr. J (supposedly you cannot become a patient without one? what?) by just a few minutes due to extreme exhaustion from working the night before for 12 hours at an extremely fast paced labor intensive job. The phone call I received was from a private number

Dr. Cunningham is one of the best GP's out there. He has supported myself and my partner with compassion, understanding and follow-up! He has gone above and beyond for my family and knows his stuff! He isn't judgmental at all and has never given me a burnt out doctor feeling... as for all the comments regarding reception, these are the nicest and most friendly people at the front desk. Their walk-in clinic is only for pateints and very nice for an after hours clinic option! If you are a patient here I would consider yourself lucky to have such great GP's and community care!

We have been patients of Dr Li in this clinic since 2018. He is an amazing family doctor. He is responsible, understanding and considerate. He is there to listen to our concerns and would not minimize them. He gives his professional advice in a gentle way and always willing to refer us when he is not 100% sure just to get affirmation. We really appreciate his thoroughness and great care to our family. We are grateful to have him as our family doctor. The receptionists are also friendly and caring. A blessing!

I find it hard to read people's comments. They don't reflect the truth of this clinic.I have never encountered a clinic that would actually answer the phone. It's amazing, you always can trust that you will reach someone even if there is a long wait at times. You just have to wait. People need to realize there is no such thing as a switchboard operator in a family practice clinic, just 2 girl doing everything. These people are working so hard. This to me is so valuable! Not to mention staff are kind, helpful and the doctors care. Disregard all other comments.

Excellent service. Yes, there's a wait on the phones - so book your appointment online without waiting. Yes, they didn't let people use the waiting room during COVID-19 - it was a pandemic. No, it isn't a walk-in clinic - it isn't their fault if Google says they are, and a walk-in clinic" is not the same thing as an "after hours clinic".Most of these negative reviews are just people who want everything

I have had a wonderful experience with the doctors, nurses, and reception staff at this clinic who go above and beyond to make sure you receive adequate care with good bedside manner, however, IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THEM ON THE PHONE. I have been a patient at this clinic for years and their phones have always been busy, but it is completely unreasonable lately. The last few times I have called I was waiting over 45 minutes just to speak to a receptionist -- it's not easy when you work full-time to find an hour to sit on the phone during business hours so it is very prohibitive in reaching out for care. I love the clinic and the kind staff, but I really hope the message is heard that something needs to be done to revamp phone systems!
