Horrible service. My team member was on his way to PG from Vancouver and I called in at 9 am to make sure that the vehicle booked by me was ready for him. The book keeper answered the phone saying that the guy who normally gives out the rentals was not coming in and hence there was no one who could give us the car! It was very unprofessional of them as the entire business trip would have got jeopardized if not for a last minute vehicle available with one of the big rental companies.

Helped with a last minute car rental. Terry went above and beyond. Excellent friendly staff.

Make sure you phone in well ahead of time and don't use the website. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but the website is definitely misleading

There appears to be a huge disconnect between the website and the actual outlet. I booked online through the Practicar website. The car I had reserved (small SUV) was not available, nor was the price I was quoted accurate for the SUV. The credit card I used to book (Amex) was not accepted for payment at the time of pickup. Staff were as accommodating as they could be under the circumstances. I was also told the optional insurance was a requirement, which at $20/day was an increase of about 50% to the quoted price. Although the car was clean it had been smoked in and stunk. The apparent savings compared to the other rental companies did not hold true. I will stick to the major brands in the future and will not be back.
