I ask to get my brakes serviced, they ended up not charging me but I understand why now, as after taking them apart half the pieces weren't lubed properly and still causing issues. Which indictaes they didn'ty even service the breaks properly to begin with. Afterwards I get a call stating that both my wheel bearings need to be changed, asked for a price and the guy tells me he wasn't prepared to give me that information" (very unprofessional

Great experience. He took my car in because a couple things were broken and he got all the necessary parts brought to the shop by the next morning and it was done by that night. I was so surprised to hear that my car was fixed when I called for an update. Super prompt and fair prices. They will fix your car so much faster than any other shop in Belle River. I've been to them all but will only be going to MRP from here on out

Did work on my vehicle and did not resolve problem. Repairs were not done in a timely manner and owners do not communicate anything to you.Highly disappointed!

MRP is definitely the place to go in Lakeshore. They can be quite busy, but its because theyre good at their job and are straight shooters. Theyll tell you exactly whats wrong without trying to swindle some more money out of ya.

Wheel bearings theft is what they specialize in. How about a thousand dollars to change 8 sparkplug. Triton engine. Another scam. If you need a safety, go elsewhere, you will never be charged for just the safety!!! They will always find a bushing or something to charge you additional hours of service. Been told I need a Wheel bearing on my dodge journey and when I went to my other mechanic he said it was fine and the one they did do wasn't pressed right. So it needed to be done again. These guys are the worst of the worst for scamming. They should be in jail!
