Great service from cosmetics and store staff, despite the limited selection. Horrible service from Pharmacists.3 times now I have had issues with different Rx's from different Doctors, common variable always this pharmacy. Same doctors with different pharmacies have never been an issue.Whenever there is an error with an Rx, they knee-jerk blame the doctor and make no apologies for their own lack of initiative in trying to resolve it, leaving you, the patient, to wait around for over a week while they play games of fax tag with the doctor, and leaving you running back and forth to their store to discover something else was forgotten by both doctor and pharmacist, when everything could and should have been resolved in a single phone call.

This is a very warm and comfortable store. The location is convenient, I can always find the daily necessities I need or close-to-use substitutes, as well as medicines, and the prices are more reasonable. The staff are really sincere and kind. I am very fortunate to have such a store near my home.

Jean Coutu Queen Mary. 2017 to 2022 Post September 2022.The pharmacist on few occasions went out of his way to find me my medications from other pharmacies, Jean coutu or others.He is knowledgeable, friendly. He patiently listens to patients' issue and offered them his intelligent and honest opinion only for help.The Pharmasist brought my medication at 10pm after he had finished his work at the store instead of going home to his family.I have been really impressed by the service and warmth of this store. They are better than what they advertise. I would recommend this store to my dearest family and friends. Majid A.T

The place is a decent size; they have products that other stores didn't have. Pharmacist I talked to spoke very good English, better than I experienced at other locations. When I lined up to pay for my purchases the man behind me scared me and even though I felt uncomfortable, especially with him so close to me while I was using my debit card, and he was talking to me like he knew me while he was looking over my shoulder, the cashier acted like it was normal even though I appeared uncomfortable. Another time I tried to get info about one of their products and there was no one available to consult with me. The design at the cash register and getting access to info needs to be improved to give people more privacy and possibly more protection.

Absolutely awful service, the pharmacists are not only unorganized and misinformed; they are seemingly judgemental towards clients. Every visit I have had here has left me feeling as if it is a chore to serve me despite the fact that they have chosen to offer methadone treatment services. I was literally yelled at by the pharmacist on duty today for pointing out an error made by their department in regards to my file.1 star of five is too generous of a review for this store but the minimum review I am.able to reward. If you can I would suggest going to any pharmacy in place of this one.

They are open when I need them to be. Very thorough, professional and friendly. I moved out of the area but still go there for all my pharmacy needs because they make me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

I use this pharmacy because it has the info on my prescriptions which they have always filled without problem. What I don't like about this pharmacy is that it is not a comfortable or user-friendly place to shop. The aisles are narrow and the display of goods crowded. This pharmacy was across the street before it moved and was much more roomy and attractive back then. Now Pharmaprix is in the old place and is a much more attractive place to shop. Too bad, because the Jean Coutu had that quality too before it moved. Also Joseph Amiel, the pharmacist is not a friendly or likeable person, always without a smile -- I find him intimidating, aloof and patronizing; maybe he doesn't intend to appear that way but that is the impression he gives to me.

They really take the time to answer all your questions. The pharmacy has a nice staff. Very reassuring for people with allergies to medications.

Best cashier staff ! So friendly and niceBUT ! Pharmacy was my worst experience ever ! ISAAC the phramacist was so rude and unprofessional !such a shame for a doctor !
