I had equipments for my palliative father through this company. The air bed broke and they wouldn't come and fix it. I had to put my dying father in a chair. They were rude on the phone when I called. It's so sad that they get the contract to provide equipment through the palliative program, but are unwilling to fix their own equipment. If I could score them lower I would.
