Worst parking in the cityMy car has been stolen 3 times in this parking and no one cares , no camera , no security , nothing .. we cant leave anything in our car even a car seatThe elevator has no sensor .. for a mum with a stroller its not easy to use an elevator with no sensor .. heyyyyy its 2020 and we are in canada , how come the elevator has no sensors ?? what if a person with disabilities want to use this elevator ? my kid got stuck in the elevator and my hand was injured when trying to open the door to save himWorst service , not safe , very expensive for nothing

Worst customer service. I initially misplaced my ticket but received a receipt from the machine upon paying for parking. Since I couldn't leave the parking lot without a ticket, I called intercom for help.Parking lot attendant arrived and couldn't recognize a receipt printed out by their own parking lot machine a few mins ago. Implied I was lying by presenting a supposed invalid receipt and wanted to call the police.He then mentioned the parking machine is brand new, makes no mistakes and is worth more than my mercedes lolI eventually found the ticket in my wallet. You're better off circling around old port looking for parking elsewhere than dealing with this level of crass service. Avoid at all costs.

I really like this building. I was afraid that the elevators would be slow but most of the time they are working pretty fast. It is so much quieter than the fancy building that I left in Griffintown to move here.The service given by Ayse is impressive, fast and always with a smile.

J'habite les Étoiles déjà depuis quelques années et l'endroit est littéralement une perle en plein centre-ville! L'immeuble est trés calme (parfait pour le télétravail) en plus d'être très bien situé! Les agents de locations Ayse et diego sont superbes!

Terrible service!Anna, a manager of their building (particularly 178 Charlotte street) completely ignores all request and inquiries.

The rental agent Ayse saw to every need throughout the lease. Extremely pleased with the apartment she recommended. She keeps her word, she is very kind and communication with her is always a pleasure. I cannot recommend her enough :)

Really bad service

I am so glad I moved to this building. I’ve been living there for a year now and never faced any problems, the management staff are very professional and respectful. Beautiful and cozy apartment with soundproof. Would absolutely recommend!

Ayse is very nice and professional. She’s also super responsive to all inquiries and maintenance repair requests. Definitely recommend her.
