I cannot recommend CARSTAR Collingwood enough!! Monday morning my wife backed into my car and left a heavy dent and took off the molding. CARSTAR was able to provide me with same day service. They were prompt, friendly and did amazing work. Special shoutout to Matt for being extra helpful. He took care of me right away and provided me with professional service from start to finish. May 24/ 22 long weekend my car was rear-ended. My gently used 2011 Kia Soul 4u SX in Molten Red was crashed by a New Driver" who shoved me so hard/ far it was pushed 5 feet into the Van in front of me.... Today my "SOUL"s been restored!! Thanks to Matt

Was really impressed with the service at Carstar. They helped fit me in at a time where I could get help driving around as my car insurance didn’t cover rental, and worked hard to get a full front bumper replaced and paint matched even earlier than I expected so I wouldn’t be stuck! They even offered to make another repair while they had the paint matched (I have a red car). I didn’t have the funds to make both replacements at once but they stuck down the part that was sticking out for me so it was at least less bothersome. Truly found them to be very kind and professional and would recommend them to anyone. Photos attached to show the excellent colour matching done. Can never tell its not my original front bumper!

From the outset, the caring and knowledgeable customer service team of Sherry, Katelyn and Matt made me feel assured and that I was always in good hands making the entire endeavour seamless. They kept me apprised of what had to be done and facilitated when to make decisions, take action or adjust my calendar from getting the appraisal to having the car repaired. They arranged for a rental and having it available onsite on the day and time I brought my SUV to their facility so I always had a vehicle for use. The team of craftsman in the shop repaired and repainted the car flawlessly. In addition, upon completion, they detailed the vehicle so it looked like it just came off a dealership floor. I can’t thank everyone at CARSTAR enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of car repair.

I have a driver's mirror on my b200 turbo hanging and visited 2 previous places for help. Matthew at carstar came to my rescue in the cold and took time to help me and voila he fixed it and refused payment thank you so much Mathew I am no longer freezing as I drive trying protect my mirror from any further damage you are so appreciate do protect my mise

Had someone rip off front bumper half way across on car in Wasaga Beach LCBO parking lot of course they took off like a coward. Sherry Parsons said to bring it in which I did she got someone from the back he came out to parking lot fixed it in minutes. I can't say enough nice things about this company customer service is not dead. thanks so much Carstar
