TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had 2 tellers who were lovely and very sweet to me. The one mentioned I would get an email to review their services but unfortunately I never got it and wanted to say how nice they were! It was January 19th. There were 2 tellers who spoke to me about my time as a flight attendant and we had such a lovely conversation. They were great! Just wanted to give 5 stars to those workers because they made my day :) you know who you are!

I had the worst experience yesterday with one of the new Tellers his name is Justin Correa. As I went to do two different things. First, to print a statement and update my address, and the second it was a deposit. For the first ask about the statement I found this guy on the teller standing and performing as someone who works for a wireless company in a Kiosk!! It was very unprofessional by assuming before anything that's I'm coming to print this statement for someone else, he asked me why you changed the address in the last 7 years twice. Even, after he updated the address he missed the Unit number and was very disappointing service and professionalism.I recommend for TD and his manager at the branch (Manager Customer Experience)give him more training and a Customer Service course to be qualified for this position.Thank,Mohamed Galal

Will never ever gonna visit this Branch again. All you see, one Cashier working on counter and people just waiting on queue.Ok Today again, i had the worst experience. There are 6-7 customers waiting in the line and they have only one teller working on counter. One of the girl left the lane because no one wants to wait. Others tellers saw the line but no one tried to help and later one teller not able to login system. So i was little bit upset and she was rude and other gentleman came and he keep saying are you ok? Gave me weird look. I just deposit money and left because i dont want to make a scene. I had customer service job too and dealt with so many angry customers but i never reply them back because i know their frustration is true if we can’t provide the good service.

The tellers at this location are fantastic…for any other banking services ie. mortgage or investments I would go else where. I looked into refinancing my mortgage and inquired about investment opportunities - I was hardly given the time of day. I went to another branch (Brant Street near Lakeshore) and never looked back! It’s a shame as this branch is walking distance from me.

Worst customer service. They treat you as if you re stealing your own money. Made me wait for an hour to call another branch that I deal with to just verify my identity l. The manager picked up the pink me and did in fact verify my identity despite the fact that I gave them my drivers licence and inserted my card with a PIN. At the end they apologized for not able to identify me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The customer service representative namely Jo Anne must be one of the most incompetent agents I have ever dealt with. I am baffled that she’s even employed.

Had the worst customer service experience at this branch. The teller was accurate is in his work but had terrible or rude communication skills with no patience and customer service and was impolite by not answering my questions properly or with ignorance as if he expected me to know what he knows as a teller. Customer service and crankiness do not go well together and this experience will keep me away from this TD branch.

Some of the tellers here are excellent - Jamal and Euna stand out in their competence. When trying to take care of other matters on the other side of the office - tasks like opening up a web broker account, applying for a mortgage, and making contributions, to registered accounts, the feeling is that some of the workers are more interested in their internal quotas and targets than they are trying to help TD's clients in the most efficient and transparent manner possible. And then there is some straight up lack of competence and conscientiousness. Annette is generally quite good, but a lady named Joanne was downright condescending and unable to take responsibility for getting incorrect information about opening up an options trading account. The branch manager would do well to have a talk with Joanne about demonstrating appropriate humility and owning her mistakes rather than getting haughty and condescending with clients.

I regularly bring my mother to this branch. She will be 98 in 2 months and a regular customer with TD since the mid 1940's. Having said that this particular branch takes care of her and treat her like it was their own mom. The manager Jo-Anne is exemplary and her attention to detail is second to none. On behalf of my Mom, I would like to thank the entire staff.

This branch is best. All staff is very friendly and helping. They have best managers. I am very happy and feel lucky that this branch is close to me to fulfill my daily banking needs :)

This branch always give me trouble to deposit bank draft. every time they will hold for 5 days, every time I just go to another TD branch and they never had a problem to deposit my bank draft. This branch always bla bla bla and put hold on it. what's the point to spend extra money to get bank draft then? very disappointed..
