Bétonel plateau Mont-Royal sur le coin de Saint-Laurent et Mont-Royal donne un service très courtois professionnel et attentionné à ses clients. J'ai eu un problème avec un gallon que j'ai acheté la-bas et le service après vente a été plus que parfait. Les employés, qui sont très charmant, m'ont écouté, m'ont respecté et ont trouvé une solution à mon problème en plus de me dédommager. D'ailleurs même avant cette expérience j'ai toujours eu un bon service chez eux. Mention spéciale à la gérante pour qui la satisfaction de ses clients lui tient à coeur. Je recommande évidemment ce bétonel à quiconque ayant besoin de produit de peintures.Bétonel Plateau Mont-Royal on the corner of Saint-Laurent and Mont-Royal street gives you a very professional and courteous service. I had a problem with a gallon I bought there and the after-sale service was more than perfect. The lovely staff listened to me, respected me and found a solution to my problem and on top of it they also compensated for the trouble I had. Actually even before that experience I always had a great service with them. Special mention to the manager for whom the satisfaction of her client is important to her. I obviously recommend this place to anybody who needs anything regarding painting.

I don't know.... is it fair to charge double the amount for the same paint if you don't have a CAA card? Is that really right? That's what they did to me. My client had CAA card and there was a problem with the colour that was my fault. The charged me $65 for the gallon with her CAA card. When I re-bought a new gallon it was $130!!!!!! That is just wrong! On top of it there was a big discussion about trying to correct the colour in the first place. The clerk at the desk told me that it was not there policy" to try and correct a colour. He had to call his supervisor to get permission. I told him it looked like it was an angle to push me into buying another gallon of this very expensive paint! I usually go to smaller retailers for this very reason.... better service.... and when they do try and gouge me I can call them on it. If they can afford to sell the paint for 65$ a gallon they are charging way to much at 135$. I guess that's how they pay for those oversized locations. Definitely the last time I buy at this store/brand unless a client insists."

The paint is great.Worst service/staff ... Little to no product knowledge meaning ... Next time I am painting anything I will definitely avoid this store.

Service a la clientèle laisse vraiment à désirer. Nous sommes venus chez Betonel parce que nous avions un rabais pour un contrat et les employés répondaient à moitié a nos questions, ne semblaient pas vouloir nous servir. On a eu ce qu'on voulait malgré tout, mais ce n'était vraiment pas un service accueillant!

Excelente lugar,ubicación y muy limpio! La chava que me atendió fue muy amable y cortes. Gran variedad de productos y materials para trabajar! Hay un parking a lado de la tienda, desconozco si uno se puede parar ahí .Es una de las tiendas que encuentro de todo lo que necesito .Buen trabajo chicos

Standard paint store. A little more expensive that most paint shops and then follow it up by offering you a discount.
