This place is beautiful and has nice amenities, is clean and very well equipped. but the big issue is that they are in a fight with the resort management team and the municipality. We rented the place for 14 people and the manager of the resort forced 4 of us to leave as they only allow 10 people here. There are beds illegally placed in the closets to increase the profit. Avoid it if you are more than 10. The sport activities and beach and lake access is reserved for 10 guests at a time. Although we only had 8 badges since the owner has lost 2.

During our stay, the club's manager, Ingrid, and her security guard showed up at our rented chalet during the day, raising concerns about the maximum capacity allowed. Despite the chalet being advertised for up to 16 guests, they insisted that only 10 individuals were permitted, citing previous discussions with the chalet owner.We tried to explain that the issue was between the club and the chalet owner, not us as guests. But Ingrid insisted that four of us had to leave immediately. We were left feeling confused, annoyed, and wondering why we were being dragged into a dispute that had nothing to do with us as paying guests.So, if you're considering a chalet rental near Club de La Pointe, know that there are capacity restrictions imposed by the club. It's frustrating that the capacity advertised by the chalet owner is false information and your weekend can be ruined by the interference of the rude staff of the club nearby.
