The customer service excellence workshop was amazing. It was very interactive and I was able to get a lot of people's opinions on issues. Also you get a certificate which is great as a new comer because it provides me with a Canadian certificate and you also get the option of having the online workshop if you would like to refresh your memory. Alan the coordinator is funny and has vast knowledge on the topic which made the class fun as well as educative. Highly recommend it.

Lots of learning and support for new immigrants, less-educated about Canada, less-experienced, freshers. VPI would help you in most process from resume building to getn a simple job to begin with. They are known to be good for newcomers especially. Pls avail their free-service which is true in Canada for most of the newcomer support services...

Staffs are great and professional. Trainings and workshops are provided free and are very helpful. You will also have access to thousands of LinkedIn courses free of charge. Job interviews, information interviews and networking workshops are also very important for job seekers.
