This place is a joke. Haven't had a single good experience here yet, and never will because I won't be returning. Spend your money next door at the shawarma restaurant where you'll receive outstanding service, receive your entire order and you won't feel sick afterwards. I wish I could give zero stars.

Something I want to share, it's not about this place. In general they should fix their lagging app meaning the McD app always takes awhile to load up for each time you click to the next step.

I waited 35 minutes for an iced coffee and a McFlurry. It was very busy so I waited until the rush cleared out and I still didn’t have my order. The staff seemed like they were running around and it was disheartening to see the manager barking orders but not actually helping her staff. She instead kept yelling at 1 guy working while making her own coffee and talking to a man and then proceeding to walk out for a break while her crew was drowning.

40 minute wait on a small order, staff forgot some things from the order, manager was rude saying too bad theres nothing we could do now all our equipment is off" before closing the window infront of us

Here's the best piece of advice regarding this restaurant: If you order at the drive-thru and they ask you to go park and they'll bring you your order, DON'T! It's a trap! You likely won't get your order ever, or it'll be wrong, or you'll at least be missing a beverage.Service seems to be better on weekdays, likely staffed by full timers. Weekends have always been a frustrating experience.

Both mccrisp chicken tasted funny, quarter pounder tasted like paper and salty. We order through the machine didn't get a receipt our number never came up I has to ask about it. Took over 5 mins to get 3 drinks. Ice tea and coke.

My family and I were visiting relatives who live nearby and we went to this MacDonald's twice. The first time there were no issues - we ordered from the kiosk in the dining area, got our food fairly quickly and it was good. A couple of days later, we stopped here for lunch; the dining room was locked, but the drive through was open, so we ordered using drive through. It was rather slow, but they got the order correct and the again the food was good.I discussed this with my relatives - they explained that it has been very challenging for local businesses in the area to hire staff for jobs like this. It is even more challenging because they get customers who only speak English and well as those who only speak French, so businesses need to try find bilingual staff.I was at first inclined to give the restaurant a lower rating, but to be fair, I think they are just trying to do their best under challenging circumstances. I expect that some of the negative experiences of other people who rated this restaurant were due to the same labour shortage issues.I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I think they should have put a sign on the front door advising that the dining area was closed and to please use the drive through.My family and I come to the area every summer, and my son loves Happy Meals, so I hope these labour issues are straightened out by next summer.

I went in to get take out from on March 17th and ordered at electronic till. There was a printer malfunction I wasn’t able to print my receipt.While waiting I was told that they didn’t have any eggs for the Sausage Egg McMuffin I ordered, which I understand, but I wasn’t issued a refund for the difference in what I paid for vs what I received. I was also given a regular poutine instead of the Buffalo chicken poutine I ordered, which I didn’t realize until having left the restaurant, so again, no refund was issued for the higher cost of the Buffalo chicken.Of course the restaurant has no phone number so there’s no ability to contact them to try and rectify this, and the general McDonald’s customer service offers nothing but a stock reply and coupons.Really frustrating not because of the ingredient mix ups, but because there’s no accountability and a huge company like McDonald’s should have no issue refunding a few dollars or simply admitting their culpability.

Just a bad experience overall. Service was rude, mistake made on order and the fries were old despite specifically asking for fresh & hot (we could see they had been sitting there while ordering). Also the diet Coke tasted like something else entirely. The only pro I would give this location is that it was very clean.

Terrible service, disorganized. They swipe the numbers for orders being processed or served" so their stats look better I think. Said we had collected our online order but still waited another 20 min after the fact. 30 min wait total. Frappe machine was also broken. Not helpful or friendly staff."
