Recently had service from them for special " $99. They told me i have 10 vents extra which is not true.i called their office to discuss.They were supposed to come in the morning so i waited.No one showed up.Just stay away"

I highly recommend this business. They went above and beyond and repaired my dryer venting. Were very professional, friendly and thorough at their job. Very happy with the service I received.

Had Carson Power Vac out today for a furnace/duct cleaning. Last night our furnace motor stopped working. Vince came this morning and did everything including putting in a new motor for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

Professional, punctual, friendly and the quote was exact from when we made the appointment. Will schedule with them again in the future.

Made an appointment for a Monday evening on the previous Saturday. Talked to the owner. Yes no problem we will be there". Monday I call to confirm "we are triple booked but will figure it out and get somebody there" they call back at 12:30 "we can have somebody there for 1pm." Me and my wife both work and cant meet on such short notice. Told "we will call you back once we have a solution". I call repeatedly to confirm and no answer from 4pm to 6pm. I should point out that this was somewhat of an emergency as something had died in our ducts and the smell was pretty bad. No call back nobody showed up. Service couldn't have been worse. Stay away."

The two gentlemen that came from the Sherwood Park location, were a great pair of guys. They did the job well and efficient. They were down to earth and respectful. Appreciated the prompt service. Acted in a professional way when there was a hiccup in the hose, really liked that. Would have them come out again in two years as recommended.

I had Matt and Joe come in today, they did a fantastic job, they were great working around my dog, cat and kid. Super friendly, I'd hire them again anything

We just had Vince's team out to clean the office furnace and ducts in an industrial building we are moving into. The heating system was very dirty and required a lot of time and effort to clean properly. The heating vents were washed, ducts cleaned and a very dirty furnace blown out and vacuumed. No mess left behind and any residual furnace system dust was vacuumed up after they were done. Very happy and I have no problem with recommending them.
